Probably not Tabatha. Our embies should be implanting in the next few days and you may or may not feel cramping and may or may not see spotting. So we could feel NO symptons and still get a BFP. I'd still prefer to feel SOMETHING! My bestfriend is about 22 wks pregnant and reminded me that she had NO symptoms until she was 7 wks pregnant. So everyone stay positive! Here's that info again Tabatha (I actually have this printed out and I cross off the days  ):

this is what happens in a 3dt :

1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
2dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
3dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
4dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
5dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
6dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
7dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
fetal cells
8dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
9dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
10dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
11dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

This is what happens in a 5dt:

0dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
1dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
5dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells & fetal cells
6dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on HPT

Hello Ladies!

Just wanted to check in and let you know that I'm keeping my fingers crossed for all of you!

With my first IVF, I had OHSS, implantation bleeding, 2 "perfect" embies, lots of cramping so I pretty much knew it had worked. This time is much different with having done an FET. I've had some sharp pinching type pain on one side for 3 days, that almost feels like an ovulation pain. It is possible that since I'm not being surpressed right now, maybe my PCOS ovary has a cyst on it. So, I can't be overly optimistic. Today the sharp pain is gone, and I have just very very light achiness, more like minor PMS. I test on the 8th, and think I will POAS before the bloodwork, so that DH and I can be together for the results.

Huge congrats to Tara! Danibug, good luck tomorrow! Cookiegirl, I think you are next on Saturday. Can't wait to hear!

SBR - I've done pessies both times and have had totally different cramping both times. Hope you are feeling better! Did you do assisted hatching?

Cymplicity, thanks for the chart. Tabatha and SBR, when do you test?

Hugs to all!

Hello:

I'm officially PUPO. I cant believe it. My DH is PUPO too, he doesn leave me alone one second. Last night he jumped (asleep), and touch my belly asking, "The babies, how are the babies?".

Cimplicity, I dont get the hang of this, if my ER was 3/30 and ET 4/2, what is the stage of my embies on your table?.

EICY - I'm looking for symtoms like you, but I think the meds are cheaters and dont le us know for sure.

danibug, when is your beeta?

Sari, since you had a 3 day transfer you'd use the top chart. dpt stands for "days post transfer". So today would be 1dpt for you, tomorrow 2dpt, and so on. According to the chart your embies are growing and developing today.

EYCI-You wrote that you've done "pessies" both times. What in the world are "pessies"??? The cramping/bloating is still pretty bad. Unfortunately it's reminiscent of the OHSS I suffered with my son, but this time I didn't stim, so there's no way it's that. I chatted with my RE on the phone a bit ago, and he thinks I'm suffering side effects of the progesterone. I just hope I'm feeling better by Monday because I have to go back to work! My friend said that maybe this is all a good omen because I started out my first pregnancy in great pain too, and this is just how my body rolls! I hope so....

Good luck tomorrow cookiegirl and danibug! Get the ball rolling for us with those BFPs!!!!!

Sarah, how much progesterone are you taking? Are you doing injections or suppositories? I'm doing 1 mL injections and I don't have any side effects really. Seems to be a small amount compared to others I've read on the board. I hope you start to feel better and that it brings you another little angel :D

Cymplicity, I'm taking 200mg orally 2x daily (for seven days--started two days before the transfer), and then I'm taking 200mg vaginally (suppositories) 3x daily. So, that's a ton, it appears! No wonder I'm having these side effects. They seemed to have leveled off and I'm tolerating it all better. I hope it gets better throughout the weekend as I get more used to the drugs. I need to be back on my game for teaching again on Monday!!

latinosunshine, I'm also on PIO and Vivelle patches. I hadn't heard anyone else mention the patches...thought I was the only one :? I have leftover adhesive all across my abdomen and I know it's only going to get worse.

Sarah, that does sound like a lot! Of course I have no clue what 200 mg looks like, but it still sounds like a lot :P

Tonight was the first time my PIO shot left me sore! Like someone punched me in the butt  I bled quite a bit more too. Oh well, guess I had gotten off too easy with the shots and I was due for a bad one :?

Ok Sarah, I was just reading over some of my paperwork and figured out my 1ml is equal to 50 mg and I'm only taking that once a day. Holy moly you're taking a lot!!!! No wonder all the side effects. :?

Hey Ladies!

How's everyone. I bet I know what you are thinking about right now ;)

Sarah - By pessies I meant the vag suppositories. With my IVF, I did just those (2x daily) and now with the FET I'm doing 3x daily, plus 1 shot of the PIO. I think us FET ladies need a little more since we had our ovaries shut down the whole time and nothing to produce any progesterone for us. Hopefully you can get some relief and are better for work tomorrow.

Danibug and Cookiegirl - any news yet?
