I just got my BFP on 4/1. 1st beta was at 250 and 2nd beta at 554. I am scheduled to have my first ultrasound on 4/21. According the schedule, my due date is Dec. 7th. Just wondering if anyone else is due in December?

This is my first time with IVF and pregnancy so fare so good! My first Beta was 746 so I think it might be more then one won't know for sure till my ultrasound on April 15th!

I am also in the same boat!!!

I had my BFP on 04/01. My first beta was just 40(worried ). Second beta is on 04/08. Hope the numbers increase. My due date is also in December.

Hi Froggy - This is my 4th IVF attempt but 1st pregnancy. My first beta was at 250 and 2nd one at 554. I won't have my ultrasound until the 21st. Everything is going ok so far. I feel really bloated at night and really really sore boobs. I think the wait for the ultrasound is almost worse than the 2ww for the beta test! I think I will relax more when I see the heartbeat(s). It just doesn't seem real to me yet.

Do you two experience tightness in the belly?

Tara - I have experienced a lot of bloating since ET mainly in the evenings. My nurse told me it was because my ovaries were swollen and producing a lot of hormones. She said I mainly experience it in the evening because I've been on my feet all day.

Don't be worried your first Beta can be as low as 5 it could just mean you have 1 baby which is awsome be hopeful!
Yes I do feel tightness and Bloating aswell i'm 5weeks 5days and my clothes sometimes feel tight. Considering the baby(S) is the size of an orange seed that funny it happens so soon! I can't wait till the U/S.

I'm really bloated all day and my boobs are also really sore. I also now what you mean about the ultrasound the days are so long they feel like they'll never ending!

Froggy - It's comforting to know we're feeling the same symptoms. Some days I feel really good and think ut oh, where did the pregnany symptoms go! Do you notice you can smell everything better? A week before my beta test, I was in class thinking everyone needed a bath!

I never noticed if things smell better. I find i feel like I have flem in the back of my throat which makes me want to gag it's bad.
I know what you mean about fealing pregnant some days and not the next I almost want to do a home test every other day. My husband won't let me he tells me to relax.

froggy - I know what you mean about wanting to take home tests all the time.

Tara - How come you have to wait so long between beta tests? I had my 2nd beta 2 days after my 1st.

aims327 - I don't know why they asked me to come 1 week after my 1st beta. My low number also worries me. I can't wait until wednesday.

Also I don't feel any pregnancy symptoms other than the bloating and tightness in my belly and slight cramping on and off.

Tara - Maybe they made you wait longer because your number was lower. Are you doing home tests? Don't get discouraged. I had lots of bloating and slight cramping before my beta and after. There's a lady that was on these threads about year ago. Her first beta was 13. She insisted on another beta, and her numbers increased. She was pregnant with triplets. She lost two of them but ended up with a healthy baby.

Hi Aims! This is Nicole from the March/April cycle thread~

Although I haven't been given an actual due date, my approximations put me at the very end of November, or as late as December 1 or 2. I have been suffering from the nausea, BUT, it goes away if I eat a little something, which has mostly been either fruit or club crackers. Hope that someone can use that little tidbit.... The whole bloated thing for me is being constipated- it is the worst feeling, but I'm not complaining- I'll take whatever symptoms are thrown at me.

Tara: I had no symptoms at all with my 1st pregnancy (10mos TTC) and had an uneventful time of it, so no worries!! I'd bet dollars to doughnuts your number will be much higher and they'll probably have you come back 2 days later to check again to make sure they're doubling....

Froggy: your DH sounds just like mine! I just cannot believe it's real sometimes, he is my rock, thank God for him.

AFM: I am in a 2WW for my first u/s, since my RE will be out of the office on my 7th week (next week). It is SOOO frustrating & I just don't feel like it is real, after waiting for 2 years to even TRY to start to conceive, then another 2 years of actually TTC.... it is just amazing. A blooming miracle, I swear- it was our 1st attempt at IUI and the 2 days the RE's office told me to test, it was negative. So I waited around for 3 days for AF to arrive and when she didn't a dear friend suggested I test with the expectation that it would make AF arrive..... HA! It was BFP on 3/28, our 11th wedding anniversary. What a gift!!!

I'll be sure to post the results of our u/s on 4/22.................UGH, what a wait!!!!!!!!!
