Tabatha, I heard anything over 50 is good! What's important I think is it rising over the next few days. When is your next one?

Rileydee, good luck on your beta! You are just before me. Did you or are you going to POAS? Thanks for the info about the placenta forming. I have never heard that but it makes sense.

UPDATE: I called my RE after school (I'm a teacher) to let them know what happened (the car accident) and to double check if I should be seen. He said that because of the drugs I'm on, I have a higher blood volume, so I should definitely go to the ER to be checked out. Well, FOUR HOURS LATER, I'm fine and I evaded the CT of my head. I told them I'd have my husband watch me like a hawk! If I'm still suffering from a headache tomorrow or have increased pain, I should go back in. So, I guess I was glad that I called my RE because who knew that the meds would make a difference in a head injury.

With all that being said, DH's car is undriveable so we have a rental...had to get a new carseat because ours was in the accident and not safe anymore...come home to a two year old who now has a weird rash and has spiked a temp!!! This day needs to end!!! Off to bed....

Sarah, so glad you went to get checked out and glad to hear things are ok. Sorry the little one is not feeling well :( Girl, you are going through some stuff!! Sounds like you're having one of those days were there is just a storm cloud over head following you around all day. Hopefully today will be a brighter day for you :D

Good morning...took my 2nd POAS and it was a BFN! Crying or Very sad I admit I'm getting sad, although, I also know it's pretty early still. 9dpt3dt. Last night before bed I was all over other message boards and there are SOOOOO many stories out there about positive betas after negative HPTs, but I would just like to be the BFP HPT AND the BFP Beta!!! The insanity of the 2ww is killing me. I'm trying to stay super positive!

We're heading off to see family for the Easter weekend....good luck to you all.

Sarah, I initially planned to test on 11dp3dt. I read somewhere that a hpt should definitely be able to detect hcg by then. I couldn't wait that long and I'm surprised my positive showed up as soon as it did. Anyway, tomorrow and/or Monday would probably be good days for you to test. Good luck!

Hi everyone,

Cymplicity- I am not going to POAS. My DH won't let me. Its probably a good thing. Did I see on here that you did and it was positive? I get to find out tomorrow anyways. They test you 10 dpt here.

Tabatha, here they test you 8dpt and don't tell you anything until you test 10 dpt and see if the number is going up. When I had Allie my 8 dpt # was 16 and my 10 dpt # was 64, so 83 sounds great to me!

Sarah, so sorry to hear about all the crap raining down on you. You've had your three bad things happen, so now it supposed to be all goods things for a while, hopefully!!! Good luck and hope your beta's bring better news!

Latino sunshine- Hope your beta will bring you better news too. Good luck.

I have decided that I simply can't take the disappointment of any more negative HPTs, so I'm done---waiting until my beta on Tuesday. I just took the two at 8dpt3dt (Friday) and 9dpt3dt (Saturday), which I know is too early, but if they would have continued to be negative I just couldn't have bared it. I'd rather just be utterly disappointed once rather than day after day torturing myself still holding out a slim hope...so that's the story. I may cave later or tomorrow, but I doubt it!

We had a nice Easter. Jack had so much fun finding the Easter eggs and he did really well in church!

Happy Easter to all!
