socks or none

I am trying to hold a straw poll on whether we should remove our socks when having those dreadful scans. I always wear trousers and I was wondering do other people remove their socks or leave them on????

Additionally, the scan seems to go throug the womb up into the ovaries as they look at the lining of the womb first then the ovaries. I have blocked tubes and I was wondering how they get to the ovaries - is there a 'Harry Potter' type of secret tunnel???

I'm with Gem, socks on - although I always choose the design carefully, wondering if tiny dogs send a less-than-serious attitude

I have debated so hard about this issue. I shave my legs and even do a bit of fake tan. I then wear little ankle socks (sitting on the fence a bit I know!!!!). My clinic dims the lights so I suppose it doesn't really matter abvout the fake tan!!!
I did ask one of the nurses once but she didn't really reply. Miserable cow.
Well done for bringing it up.

Well I also have to say that I left my socks on when I was having my scans, weird how some people take them off and some leave them on heehee.

This really made me laugh because I always take my socks off but have wondered what other people do.

This was a great laugh! I make sure I keep my socks on coz I am a real feet hater! Sorry if this sounds wierd but just can't stand the sight of feet full-stop so always have my socks on. As someone else said too, I feel not quite so naked. What with everything else hanging out, I like to keep my feet in!!!
