ESPERANZA - Congrats GIRLFRIEND!!!! Asha is such a cute name. I am so glad to hear that you, DH and the little girl are all home and doing well. I can't wait to see pictures and Michaela is waiting too. I know you will adore her. They have a way of stealing your heart and wait until she says Mama. All day long that's what Michaela say. From the time the poor little girl wakes up until the time she goes to bed. DH tries his best to get her to say DaDa and she simply looks at me and say MaMa. They know their Mama's are.

I am just so happy for you right now. Take it easy, enjoy your new arrival and chat with us when you can. Take it from me, it only gets better from here.

CT - So how many days in are you with stimming. Can you feel your tummy getting full yet? This whole IVF process is just amazing. My DH and look at how adorable Michaela is and say all the time that they picked the best egg and the best sperm there was because our daughter is perfect in every way. I have everything crossed for you girlfriend. Wishing you much success on your first try again. We got pregnant on our first try so we know it does happen. Take care of yourself.

All of you other wonderful ladies who are at home with your babies or still awaiting your delivery. Good luck and make the most of it because they grow so fast. It just seemed like I got the BFP and my baby will be 7 months on Sunday. Take care of yourself and keep the lines of communication open
Me, 40 - DH, 47
IVF #1: POSITIVE - Michaela born 9/19/08
IVF #2: Consult on 10/13/09 - Start BCP Dec since clinic will be closed for the Holiday.

Ohhhh, congrats esperanza! Enjoy your time home with your sweet little Asha. I have a friend who had a bit of the placenta remain and she ended up needing 2 transfusions. I hope it all came out for you!

Small piece of news for me - the OB will be off on May 1st so they've moved my C-sect up to April 30th. So I am now officially a legitimate March/April baby mommy! ;)

washingtonda- Today will be day 5 of stims, and my tummy is getting really full! They started me on a higher dose this time since last time I only had 11 follicles come ER. Yesterday at my first scan, they saw around 10, and lowered my dose, and today they saw around 22! Double from last time! I am hoping this is all good, I am waiting for bw results and I have to go again for scan tomorrow. Due to my response to meds this time, I may have to go everyday this week for u/s and bw.

I am part of the march/april cycle buddies over on the ivf side of the board...so if I miss you posting over here and you want an update, that is where you will find me! (and on fall mommies on the parents board...which you should come join!)

Esperanza's hope

Post by Literatriz »

Dear all,
We are closing some circles, with the births of most of "our" babies (kerpuppies just moved to April 30th, way to go!!!!) and starting others (good luck CT_ Michelle!!!)...it was great to be part of this thread, mourning some losses and feeding each other's hopes.
Speaking of hopes...Esperanza got her ballerina! CONGRATULATIONS! So many years of hoping, insisting, re-investing...and here she is, at home with her girl. Best wishes to the whole family!
My girls are calling, it is busier now that two out of the three have graceful stuffy noses:)
Best wishes to all, Literatriz

Hello ladies!

I just posted 2 threads with all personals, and I got bumped off line twice!

Gonna keep it short!

ESPERANZA~~CONGRATS!!!!!! SOOOO happy for your. How do you pronounce Asha? Is it a long A sound? or like Ahhsha? Either way, it's a beautiful name!!! God bless u and your ballerina!!!

Lit~ LOL about the rocking of the cereal bowl. Been there!!! Too funny!

Silverangel! How are your two beautiful boys?? How is your daughter adjusting?

Ct~ When is your transfer? BABY DUST BABY DUST BABY DUST for you!

Sonu~ I would love to send pics of Danny, but I am way too computer illiterate!! LOL! I'm working on it though. How is your Anay doing?

Jenny~ Sounds like Matthew and Daniel could be buddies. Danny loves to sleep in the day, and is like a round eyed owl in the night time. They say to try to keep him up in the day, but how the heck do you keep a 2 wk old baby awake?

All the other ladies of the thread! God bless. Hope you are all doing well!!
1st IVF~DD 2004
2nd IVF~ 2008 BFP
Thank you Lord for this blessing
love and miss you gram and baby b

Still too early to tell....but thank you for all the babydust! I keep envisioning twins for some reason, a boy and a girl...I just don;t know what I would do with Ella and 2 more little ones! I would go crazy, but would count my blessings everyday!

Congratulations...my dear esperanza. :D :D
Hope you are taking ofF your eyes from your little princess to do other chores...he he well, i wasn't able to take off my eyes of anay, i m still nt.
Asha is a beautiful name and in hindi it means hope, I m guessing thats why u would hv chosen this name. :)

already blessed - So good to hear your litle fella is doing great!! Thanks for asking abt anay, oh he is growing up like a weed and everyday i think...hope i didn't miss anything about him. I m so in love with him.

Lit - You are so god with words, I m so happy to be beginning another circle...and very proud of the one just ended. Anay is beginning to recognise my touch and it feels great when just one touch comforts him. :) its an amazing feeling, ofcourse in your case the happiness would triple itself. :D Sorry to hear abt the stuffy nose. I used saline drops for anay and also massaged his nose with clarified butter at the night, in his case the mucus used to dry up and he was unable to bearthe, and in the mid of the night he wuld scream. This therapy helped in not letting his nose dried up.

Michele - Sending best wishes for your upcoming ER, Grow follies grow!!
Ella is absolute darling and looks like she is always posing for the pics.
I m never tired of looking at her. Wishing to have a girl someday!! 3 frosties waiting for me in the lab.

Kerpepples - Sending loads of best wishes for an uneventful and smooth delievery...waiting to see you little angel and to hear your story.

Jenny - Hows ur little one doing?? First few weeks after c-sec are difficult, hope you are managing well with BF too.

I tried giving anay some formula milk but he is nt ready to take any. I am travelling next week and I m scared what will he do in the flight...any tips?? although its just a 1 1/2 hrs flight to Delhi.

Take care ladies and enjoy you little bundles of joy!!!
Life has never been this beautiful!!!!

Sonu911-thanks for asking about me. We are all doing well. I do feel like a cow who is being milked all the time though-he-he) Matthew was born 9lbs 15 0z-Todays follow up 13 days old-He weighs 10lbs 13 oz-The pediatrician laughed and said he thinks this kid has definately got this bf'ing thing down pat. He is already outgrowing some of his 0-3 mo. outfits that I have washed & put in the dryer-Oh well, at least he's healthy!! Hope all is well with you and yours. Oh and by the way, I don't know why famous people opt for the c-sec rather than vaginal-with my 1st DS -vaginal-the recovery was MUCH easier-At 2 weeks now, I am just starting to feel normal again. Much Love to all ! :D

Sonu- thank you for your kind words. Your posts are always so nice and uplifting! I can not believe your little one is over two months already...it seems like just yesterday I was reading your birth announcement. They grow so fast don't they? I can not believe ella is almost 8 months...my where has the time gone? And life is beautiful....

I just wanted to keep you all updated...I am scheduled for trigger tonight, ER on Tuesday, ET on Friday. Dh goes for his TESE tomorrow. I just can not believe I am here again, and wanted to thank you all for your support. I honestly don't know what I would do without these boards.

Romi- hows the ballerina? You must be so busy, I haven;t seen you around much, I bet you are enjoying every second with beautiful Asha...I saw her on your facebook and she is just adorable!

Jenny- sound slike you have one healthy bean there! Outgrowing 0-3 months already! I remember Ella was so small I had to go out and buy premie stuff, she is still on the smaller side, fitting into 6 month clothes at almost 8 months already. I am glad you are starting to feel more normal now, except for the cow milking thing!

literatriz, alreadyblessed, thank you for the baby dust. I am so glad to hear your little ones are doing well.
