Looks like we have some newbies!! Welcome!! I am so happy for you and pray that you will get the BFP's that we all deserve for working so hard.

I DID IT....I'm a bad girl...Couldn't even wait until Beta tomorrow morning.....Couldn't resist a POAS. I'm a little freaked out because it says PREGNANT....I keep looking at it waiting for the "NOT" to be in front of it. LOL.

Hubby told me when we saw it not to freak out too bad because it still may not be real but it HAS been 15 days since my HCG shot and Hazel says it's supposed to only take 10....thanks girl....makes me feel better.

So weird because I was spotting a tad today and thought I felt cramping and was pretty discouraged. The real truth will be known tomorrow. We go first thing in the morning to have the test and won't know anything until around 2pm so we are leaving work at noon so if it's bad news, we are somewhere comfortable rather than like last time, I found out at work (hubby works in the next building so he came over)...It was a bad scene.

Anyway....I am jabbering. Hazel, hope you are feeling great and I look forward to hearing about your BFP on Friday. I will let you all know tomorrow. Have a great evening!!

tiffichels - WOW congratulations, can't wait to hear from you later on with your official BFP and what your number was. I can't remember, how many did you transfer? I have to say that you've given me some hope today - I woke up this morning feeling completely back to 'normal' but with some slight spotting, which for me is normally exactly what happens 24 hours before AF arrives. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed after reading your experience that it may not mean that. Beta for me tomorrow, haven't decided for sure yet whether to POAS tonight after DH gets home from work, but I think I probably will.

mom2luke - congratulations on being PUPO! Hope you have your feet up and are being waited on hand and foot!

sportsmom and rikirees - good luck for your ET's today.

tiffichels--that really exciting. the HCG shot takes 10 days to get out of your system, so i would say that test is pretty accurate!

hjw--wish i could have my feet up, i have a 14 month old at home.

tabatha--that so exciting to hear the heartbeat!!

Congrats tiffichels! I had spotting aroud 10dp3dt - 12dp3dt and beta turned out positive. I also experienced some spotting just this past weekend. They say some women experience it all throughout their pregnancy so unless it's heavy, bright red and accompanied with pain I'd see it as a good sign  Or at least not worry too much.

Hey All! I had my ET transfer this morning. They transferred 2 beautiful 5 day embies and are freezing 3 more. They said they could have potential more to freeze over the next day or so and would let me know on Tuesday.

Since I've been at risk of hyper stimulation this whole time they hooked me up to a IV afterwards, I think it was Hepastarch (?), something like that. And was violently sick once I got home. I'm sure my embies are safe but I'm still worried that I've done them harm. Anyway, my beta is May 11th! I was hoping I would know before Mother's day. I may have to POAS before then.

how did it go today sportsmom?
We decided to only transfer 1, even though i had 2 good quality, in an effort to reduce having multiples.

Hi Guys!

I haven't posted too much over here, but just wanted to let you know I am still here, and my poas marathon continues. I will do one atleast once a day until beta and hopefully they will tunr to positive soon. I had a faint line a few days ago, but that was still the trigger, now they are negative so atleast I know trigger is gone and if I see a positive it will be for real. My beta is not until tuesday, I am hoping to see a second line sometime over the weekend. But then again, if this cycle goes anything like my last, I will implant late and may not see a positive until monday afternoon...I really hope I don;t have to wait that long, it was so depressing last time.

I will keep you all posted. Welcome to the ladies who have joined over here...an extra thread for all of us crazies in the 2ww helps us all to try and not go nutty.

ct_michele I'm desperately trying to convince DH that I should POAS before beta. I told him it would be a nice mother's day surprise for us and our Mother's if we could tell them we got a positive! We'll see...

I'm still feeling nauseous today. I'm not sure if it's the hyperstimulation or maybe I really came down with something. The quesy feeling is for the birds!

Hey ladies. So, we got the official news this afternoon and it's a BFN. DH is really sad. I'm not sure whether it has totally sunk in yet for me, after two months of endless drugs, scans, procedures. We have to call up next week to make a follow-up consultation to talk about where we go from here. I think we will definitely cycle again, but we need to take a few months out first to re-group and come to terms with what just happened.

tiffichels - I'm so happy for you! Best of luck with the rest of your nine months...

I'm so sorry Hazel :( :( :( . I understand how you feel about all the time and effort you've put in to this. I pray you're able to start up again ASAP and give it another go! You're in my prayers!

oh Hazel, the first BFN is always the worst. I am so sorry for you honey, but don't beat yourself up. Take some time to regroup. Finally making the decision to go with IVF gives so much hope and then when you get a BFN you start to wonder "will you ever get that BFP" you will!! Don't get discouraged.
tiffichels-fantastic news!! Use the weekend to relish in your new good news.
Sportsmom- RESIST the urge. And if you got a BFP from POAS, it is so early on the pregnancy, would you really tell anyone? When do you test? I test 5/8. RE said I can test early since it is an FET. How are you feeling? I had some minor cramping and what felt like slight pulling over night. I am having a hard time just laying here though. My DD got up like 5 time overnight and I had to go in an put her back to bed without picking her up. Man that was hard.
I promised myself this cycle I would be relaxed. If it is- it is, if not it's ok too, since I have my DD already. But I not able to relax and I look at the clock every 2 min. Anxiety I guess.

sportsmom, I was like Michele when it came to POAS! I gave in at 8dpt and took 2 more a few days later. I'd rather see a BFN at home than hear it for the first time in the doctor's office. That was my biggest thing. Do what's best for you. If you can be strong like rikirees, more power to you! I knew I was going to POAS when I started the process and there was no changing my mind :D

Looks like I have some catching up to do here too!

Hazel- I am so sorry to hear your news. You know how hard I was praying for you, take all the time you need hun, and if you need someone to talk (type) to, you know where to find me. You and dh are in my thoughts.

tiff- congrats on your bfp! That is a good strong number...you must be so excited...

sportsmom- I would totally poas on mothers day! It is one day before your beta, so will most likely be accurate (but if it is negative could definitely still be wrong) but how awesome would that be to get a positive hot on mothers day! For my first ivf, my beta should have been christmas day, but got pushed till the day after b/c the office was closed, I got my first positive hpt on christmas eve and was able to tell all of my closest relatives...it was the best christmas present ever. But you have to be prepared for the bad too...

afm- still on my hpt marathon, and they are still negative at this point...of course I know it is still way too early, but I really do hope they change to positive over the weekend. Just 4 more days until beta, and if I am anything like last time, those evil hpt's will stay negative until the day before...my pma is bouncing back and forth. The other night I told dh I am definitely pregnant, I was eating like crazy and super tired, but then today I was laying down and thinking I felt AF symptoms...so who knows, I don;t know why I torture myself...only time will tell and I have no control over any of it.
