Best donor egg program in NYC?

What are people's thoughts about which programs are the best in terms of finding a great donor for us fairly quickly? Cornell won't take anyone under 24 years old. Is that good? And this may sound dumb, but their location is very difficult for most people to reach (it takes me 45 minutes to get across town and down) so I fear that many potential donors may not want to endure that. I was wondering where Columbia students (undergrad or grad) who want to donate might go. But any advise would be appreciated. We have done 6 IVF cycles, which resulted in 4 transfers, but no success. Thanks!
