I got all my drugs today for icsi only thing is i was expecting the gonal f to come with the autoinjector pen it didnt i got a load of single use needles do i have to order this autoinjector seperate or what i got my Gp to change my prescription to nhs so now im not sure what to do any ideas girls

Hi Ang, I usually get my drugs delivered from Clinovia and I get my needles etc from the clinic, not as part of the prescription so you could call your doctor/clinic to see if they have one for you.
I have got a spare autoinjector (don't quite know how I ended up with 2)but it would probably need sterilising or something as I have used it a few times but if you get really desperate let me know

i too had to ask my clinic especially for an autoinjector pen.
Hope you sorted it out. No way I could have done it without an autoinjector.

I seem to have got 3 or 4 injector pens over the years. If you would like one just email me. I haven't used 2 of them. I actually decided in my last treatment not to bother with the injector pen and just manually injected myself. Much easier and I found I didn't bruise quite so much.
I started off quite squeamish but got used to it in the end.
