I am wanting advice on what questions to ask my specialist. I have just had my 3rd round of ivf. the first was a stim cycle, which resulted in 6 embryos. we put one fresh back, and got a bfp - but miscarried at 7 weeks. 2nd cycle they did a FET naturally - and this they called a chemical pregnancy - I had an HCG rdg of 6 on day 14, then they tried the colorado protocol - and again a BFP on day 14, but day 16 showed hcg dropping - so have said I will lose this one. I have not had any fertility tests myself as the problem was DH, and I am only 34 and healthy - never tried to conceive before. Now after 3 attempts I can see the embryos want to make it work - but my body obviously has a problem. I am meeting with specialist on monday - what questions should I be asking?
Thanks you - They tested me yesterday and it takes a couple of days to get the results back. they are trying me again on the colorado with baby asprin - so this may help. Good to hear you got success - anything special on those rounds?
I have had 3 miscarriages and have been diagnosed with a blood clotting disorder. The last one I just lost over Christmas. I was only on baby asprin. The Dr. is going to put me on heperin if I want and is going to put me on repronex the make my eggs healthier.
What is an autoimmune problem and how would it affect your babies?
