bleeding in 20th week

I hope I will get a good response as always!!!

My sister who was pregnant with twins, lost her one baby in the 19th week of her pregnancy. It started with high BP and yellowish discharge. she had donor egg blastocyst transfer.

The other one is doing just fine, gowing well, but she is having bleeding and not spotting. although its brown in colour but no blood is good in the pregancy. She also has fibroids and she is admitted into the hospital.

I just want to know if we have had any other case like this and went on to deliever a healthy baby.
