Hi ladies. I hope that everyone had a great weekend and is doing well. I just wanted to log in a do some personals.

Kas I know you're still grieving for Hunter which is quite understandable and I pray that you and DH are given the strength to deal with your loss. You have already proven how strong you are though. It takes a strong person to endure what you have thus far. On a good note, Congrats! I was happy to read that your other 3 babies made it through the c-section ok, what a blessing. I know you have to take it day by day but I will be praying that they will progress well in the coming days and will soon be able to join you and DH at home. Take care of yourself and thanks for the update. What should I expect with the c-section?

Ny Wow, you're all the way in Hong Kong, that must be exciting. Glad to read that you finally got AF. I wish you the best in this cycle and I hope that you get a lot of good ones that you can bank.

Karen Glad to see that all is going well with you and little Nathan Jeffery, that's such a cute name.

Lynnie I was happy to read about the good update on baby Katherine. I hope that things continue to go well. Be sure to take it easy and try to stay off of your feet as much as possible so that little Katherine can grow a little more. I've had to get on the monitor also due to BH so I'm doing my best to rest as much as possible.

Elida I was happy to read in your update that your babies are progressing. I hope and pray that they continue to do well. I know you and DH miss baby Alexa but you're right, she's in God's hands. She will always be you guys' Guardian Angel!

babyhope Glad to read that you're doing well and that the babies are growing well. I must have missed it in an earlier post but I didn't know that you were having a girl and a boy. One of each, that must be nice! :D Well make sure you take it easy. Does it feel like your stomach is growing big, fast? I know mine seem to growing fast in these last months and I'm only having one.

Chris July is right around the corner. I'm happy that they were able to get you in. I'll be delivering in July because I'm going to have a scheduled c-section but I will still be following your progress.

Gina Hey there! Your last day of work was last week right? I know that you're probably glad for that. Glad to read that you and baby Eric are fine. You're going into your 30th week? Time seems to be passing quickly now.

Wonderce Hope things are going well with you. Were you able to try out that bathing suit at the beach? Going to the beach sounds so wonderful! :D

As for me, I have been doing pretty good. I have experienced some cramping which my OB says are Braxton Hicks but some of the cramping has been quite bad. About 2wks ago I had to be put on the monitor to see if I was having any contractions, but everything turned out fine. Other than that, I am more tired than ususal and I know its because my baby girl is getting bigger. I get to find out approximately how much she weighs on Wed when I have my u/s. So I'm looking forward to that. And she moves a lot which gives me comfort but sometimes here kicks are VERY hard! Lol.

If I missed anyone, my apologies. But I hope that everyone is doing great!

Yes, I too will most likely have a C so I will need all gory details when you have the chance!!! Hey ladies, I need your help with something sorta fun. I think his name will be Alexander Joesph which we will call him "Zander" because I don't want him to be in a class with a girl of the same name! That is what happened to me! I was mortified, 5 years old and a boy in my class had my unisex name! Anyway, I am really stuck on names, I like Abigale for her however I feel it shoud sorta match but not rhyme with whatever is final for his name. Alexander is a big name however and I am stuck. I like Abigale but I keep saying to myself a-big-whale. I don't know if I can do that to her...

kas - we're sooo thankful that you're home and now able to move around and visit your beautiful babies! i still think you are the strongest person i know (i mean i haven't technically met you - but i feel in my heart that i know you)... and i don't know anybody that could have been as brave and as courageous as you've been throughout all of this. you defied all the odds and kept your babies in for longer than anyone could have. now we will continue to pray for all of them - including hunter in heaven. we're sending you and DH and your beautiful babies prayers for healing. please keep us updated when you can.

Kas - I am glad to hear that you are now home. You have done an awesome job carrying them as long as you could and made it past the 24 week mark. Now it is out of our hands. I will be praying for your 3 beautiful babies and know that Hunter is looking out for his siblings. Good to hear you got the pumping down.

Elida - I was happy to hear that your little babies were progressing well.

NY - How is Hong Kong? I am too chicken to go to a country that I can't speak the language. I wouldn't worry about the caffeine thing, I think it is better to be relaxed and try to be stress free.

Karen - Your garden sounds so nice. I love flowers and fresh vegetables but just don't have the time or the no how to do any sort of a garden.

lynnie - glad to see that Katherine has gained some weight. WOOHOOO!!!

babyhope - Sorry I am not good with names. I like Zander, don't think I have ever heard of that name before. IMHO, I don't think that the names have to rhyme. I know a lot of people do it that way but if you figure out a name that you really like, go for it and don't worry about the rhyming part.

- July will be here before you know it and that cute little baby will be in your arms. I can't believe that I am still on this IVF rollercoaster ride and all of you are going to be delivering your babies.

Hope everyone else is doing well. Sorry if I missed ya but have to get back to doing some work.

AFM - I have to work 830 more minutes, till my vacation. I so do not want to do any work. DH has gotten a new job. For the past 5 years he has been trying to get into this electricians apprenticeship program. Well, he finally made it. YEY!!! I am so happy for him because he was really un-happy at his current job. The bad part is that he will be taking a big pay cut. I will also lose out on my secondary insurance which means I will have to pay some out-of-pocket expenses for this next cycle. Oh, well at least he got the new job.

Chris, congrats on your hubby's new job and your upcoming vacation. You may have already mentioned, but where are you going? My DH has been jobless since the first of the year and we're really starting to get worried now. I hope your husband's good luck rubs off on us.

Hi Pixel, glad you're still checking in and wishing everyone well.

Babyhope, I'm also not much help on the baby names. We're still struggling with picking a name for our girl. I like the names Abigale and Alexander though. I don't think of the rhyming as being an issue. I say if you like the names you should stick with them.

Wishing4Blessings, good to hear from you. Yes, I tried out my bathing suit in our backyard but haven't made it to the beach yet. I'm hoping to get down this weekend though for the holiday. Do you have anything fun planned? I'm anxious to see how much your girl weighed. We also went today and she was 4 lbs. 5 oz. I'm not sure exactly what that means.

Kas, so glad to hear your 3 are doing good and will keep praying that they grow big and strong and are out of the NICU asap. I know you are still grieving Hunter and hope you can continue to stay positive for your other 3 angels. You are an inspiration to us all.

Hi to everyone else, Karen, Gina, NY, Lynnie, Elida, and anyone else I missed. Hope you're all doing well. It's time to head home from work now and prop up these sausage feet!

Hey everyone! I was happy to hear about Kas's 3 babies! I am thinking of them and hoping they stay strong..

Just a quick note. So weird, but my nipples have been KILLING me. I have had to ice them and stuff. So I noticed they looked oily and flakey...so odd.

I squeezed each breast...yep weirdo that I am to see if anything would happen and boom, tons of clear stuff poured out my left nipple! I have never gotten this far before so this is all new to me! I also had a breast reduction 11 years ago, so this is great news that my ducts are still working, well at least on one side! Weird eh...I guess this is the colostrum...

Anyone else leaking???? I think its so cool! Am I a strange one or what!?

NY4thtry - Isn't it nice to have insurance. Knowing that not everything is coming out of your pocket relieves a lot of stress. I feel for each and everyone that has had to pay out of pocket.

AFM - My new RE did some more immune testing. I tested positive for ICC which is Intracellular Cytokine. I had no idea of what this was so found this online.

The immune system is balanced between a TH1 (autoimmune) and TH2 (pregnancy or suppressive response). Almost everyone is balanced in this system. Women with implantation failure or recurrent pregnancy losses are unbalanced; they are autoimmune with too much TH1. The TH1 (autoimmune "bad guys") produce TNF alpha, Interferon Gamma and Interleukin 2. Too much concentration of these cytokines kill cancer cells (a good thing) and a chronic state of too much of these can cause implantation failures, recurrent abortions and even thyroid, insulin and serotonin disturbances.

To treat this I will be taking IVIG and intralipids to suppress the TH1 cells. I know a lot of Doc don't believe in the immune stuff but after 4 years of TTC I am up for anything.

Hope everyone has a good memorial day weekend. Kas and Elida I will be thinking about your little ones. I have 180 more minutes to work and then I am on vacation. I am going on my annual KY Lake trip. I will have internet access so might pop in and check on everyone.

Ny4thtry - I haven't actually talked to my nurse about the IVIG and Intralipids, that is what she wrote to me in an email. I was wondering the same thing. From what I have read, intralipids took the place of IVIG and is supposed to be cheaper the IVIG. So I will find out more when i have my cycle review which won't be till June 17th.

Hey Ladies,

Im so glad to hear everyone is moving along well.... i cant believe how far along everyone is!!!

To Have Fun Wow, i know having the extra treatments will suck, but i am pleased they have finally found this issue - 'unexplained' is such a tough diagnosis, and now you have a diagnosis you can work towards eliminating this problem. I did some reading on this issue and other immune issues before this last cycle so i understand the basics of this, and i will be following your progress....

NY I am also glued to your progress, so please update when you can... you sound so busy right now, and i cant wait to see how this next batch turns out - i just think this new approach sounds great :)

To everyone with their well wishes - Thank you so much, i have re-read the last few pages and there are so many of you to thank i dont know where to start....

The babies are all up and down. We have good days, bad days and little achievements and little setbacks, so its hard to know what to say.... 2 of them have had blood transfusions last week and all of them are still on ventilators, but they are all back up to their birthweights (1lb 5oz to 1lb 9oz) and are starting to tolerate small tube feedings.

Its very hard to leave them and i want to hold them so much but for now we just have to be satisfied with some photos and i just look at them for hours at a time.....

Ladies that asked about the C-sec i will update shortly. I am recovering quite well, anyone who has had salpingectomy (tube removal) expect the same kind of pain/discomfort. But of course, no matter how it feels it IS worth it but i will detail later :)

hi all, kas glad to hear you guys are relatively ok..that's good news. as for me, been feeling pretty rough the last few days. hormonal crankiness, and lots of discomfort. it's still amazing being pg and i appreciate every moment. not sure how much longer i can work for though.... but all the money we just spent on new kitchen furnishings is some inspiration :)

anyways, just a quick hello for now. hope everyone is doing ok.

Hello ladies, I posted pictures of the twins on the photobucket. I think I am leaning toward Alexander Joseph and Abigail Ceslie. Ceslie was my aunt that passed from Pancreatic cancer last year, 46 days after learning of the disease. I am honored to pass on her name with the angels she sent me.
