I had my last Dr. appt. today before the c- section. I am only dialated 1 cm so I am glad he def. coming out next week. I don't think I could go any farther than that! Have a great weekend everyone!

Jenn~ Your day is approaching my friend!! It's Friday right? Can;t wait to hear all the details and see pictures of the little guy!

Tina~ I saw Noah's first day of school was as hard on you as it was on him! Sounds like he did ok though. I can't believe how big he is already!

Meg~ How is our newest preggo friend?? I hope you're feeling ok.

I am doing just fine except for a few more aches and pains which are to be expected! The babies are both moving around like crazy and I'm getting bigger by the day! I have my glucose test on Friday. Not looking forward to it but will be glad to have it over with and hope I pass. We have another appt. next Wednesday, and from what he said last time, he will schedule my c-section that day...wow...can't believe it's that close...crazy!
I have both my showers this weekend. The one Saturday will have about 25 people at it and the one Sunday will have about 60 people! I am excited but I HATE being the center of attention! I guess I'll have to get over that, at least for the weekend.

Hey girls~

Oh what I wouldn't give for a tasty blended beverage right now!! I am soooo HOT! I have been keeping the otter pop company in business I think. That is all I eat! Well...that and the cake I baked for our anniversary the other night. I pretty much did all the damage on that, I think Dh got a one piece.

Yes Tina- I feel for you being preggo all through the summer. Yikes!!

Meg~ How are you??

Nickster~ have fun at your showers!! I hate opening gifts in front of people and being the center of attention too. Just remember it is all stuff that YOU won't have to buy!! And it will all be so cute you will forget people are looking at you! Can't wait to hear all about it! WOW! It is time already to schedule the section. That is exciting! All I can say about c-sections is that the first day I felt like I would never be able to get out of bed and be normal again, but after the first time it was easy. The recovery was surprisingly fast and easy for me. But I guess as a new mom you don't have a choice. You want to be the one holding your baby (or babies!) so you just get up and do it. Besides, you are so tired you don't feel the pain anymore after a while!

Well, my parents arrive tomorrow to help with last minute things and then Friday morning off I go. Hopefully he will arrive sometime after 7:30 am. I can't wait to see if he looks like our daughter, who is a clone of me, or if he looks like his daddy. But most of all I just want him out of my body and in my arms!

I miss you guys! Do you even remember me? I think about you all of the time, and your successes and everything we've been through together!

So much has happened in the past, year or so, I mean geez! For all of you!!!

And now Megs is pregnant!!! (again!) Soooo exciting!!

Gosh, all of you and your amazingness!!! I keep you in my prayers all of the time!

I miss you like crazy!

Sooo, in March I was diagnosed with Cervical Cancer Stage 2... and then I had a follow up with the Oncologist GYN and he did another lab and then one of lecsions came back clean...and the other Stage 1... strange!

Sooo, we did another and they came back part one stage and part another, just one big rollercoaster of clusterness!

So I honestly said eff it! I'll wait until August for another one... so my body can figure out what is going on.

On April 20th, I got myself a nice big ole concussion! I got stuck in the ER for 10 hours, it was HELL!

I tell you this because apparently after a wedding of mine I got a wild hair up my tushie and took a pregnancy test and GOT TWO LINES! Why in the world I did that, I mean buy a test, I don't know... I mean geez, my pee is broken!

My pee has always been broken, It's never been able to get a test to have 2 lines on it!

Sooo that means that I am 9 weeks pregnant today. Insane right!
7 doctors saying HELL NO you will never have a baby, 2 bouts with Cervical Cancer, 2 IVF’s, we got pregnant while I had a concussion. Naturally.

Who'd have thunk it!

I mean really.

Okay so tomorrow morning, my mission to figure out what is going on with all of you!

Jenn--I'm so excited for you! Best of luck tomorrow. I agree with you on the c-section, it really wasn't so bad. With Lucy it was an emergency c-section, so I'm curious to see if they'll plan on doing this one c-section or have me try to deliver naturally. Anyway, enough about me. Can't wait to see pictures of your new son!!!

Melissa---Holy Hell! That was quite the post. You're allowed to be gone from the thread for that long only if you return with stunning news like that!!!!! I'm so excited for you. It sounds like you're about three weeks further along than I am. How have you been feeling?

I'm starting to have the all day blahs. I forgot about this part of pregnancy! Unfortunately, I'm not one to throw up and feel better. Instead, I just feel like I could throw up all day. I'm really tired, too. Luckily, I've been staying with my mom this week, so she's been a huge help with Lucy. In fact, I was supposed to go home today, but just couldn't bare to part with my babysitter!!!! Think I'll head back on Friday instead

Megs - I feel okay, tired, really tired, but I *knock on wood* haven't gotten sick at all!! I just feel really sick after 6PM, so after 6, no food. I have breakfast, first lunch and second lunch... and I am good for the rest of the day! I hope it stays that way, it's wedding season, so I don't have time for the blahs... We can go through this together!!!! I can't wait!

We were supposed to be able to plan this pregnancy, like when... so now.. it's all messed up! My plan is completely messed up!

Vicky!!! I missy you so much! I hope you are doing well, and Benjamin is good, and you are still in Florida? I think about you so often!

Fee - How are you? Sounds like you are good, busy as always but good!

Jenn!!! You are due any second now!!! I'll be praying for you! I hope you are doing well! Gosh, I missed out on so much!

Honestly, I had gotten to a point where I knew it was done for us, we weren't going to be parents, I knew this, and think I was actually okay with it. So I left... I left my friends that helped me along the way! That was so stupid of me! I think I just was feeling things that i felt guilty for and I took that out on you, by disappearing. Not fair to you guys, at all!

Just because it seems to be Old Home Week.... thought I would pop by to say hello and a HUGE CONGRATULATIONS to Meg and Melissa. How exciting! I can only imagine the surprise of seeing two lines. It is amazing. Amazing that sex actually works. I might ask dh to knock me out next time I feel an ovulation coming on.

As for all of you, I do check in here periodically - but always feel I have nothing to contribute! I still have J (who is now 8!!) and the three chickens, the dog, cat and fish, but have yet to replicate any genetic material resembling either dh or me. Had the last FET miscarriage in July. Almost a year ago!! Then was offered the free round at my clinic and never took him up on it. I know that sounds crazy to some, but some of you out there understand. I just couldn't take anymore. Now I run and lost most of the ivf weight... most of it. I just dream of the day when I am 45 and J is in college and then I find myself knocked up...

Anywho, if you actually remember who I am, I do think of you all often and am so glad to hear that everyone is doing so well. I, too, am on facebook and would love some ivf'ers to enjoy my crass humor on there.
