Announcing that I had my twin boys on 5-14-09!!!

Hey everyone,
I wanted to send an announcement to everyone before going to the double trouble thread. After 6 weeks of complete bedrest, I delivered my twin boys, vaginally. YAY!!!!!! We had the best experience. I went in the hospital on the 13th after my contractions were 6 min apart during Oprah. My doctor decided the next morning to break my water. My epidural came around 9am. They wheeled me into the delivery room at 12:30pm. Baby A was born at 12:50 and Baby B at 12:55pm. Everyone was cheering and high fiving. It was the first time in years that someone delivered twins vaginally in this hospital. The entire staff was amazing. The boys stayed in the NICU for 6 days. We are now home, happy and healthy. Being a new mom with twins is "Double Trouble" the best site or thread to go to for support?

Congratualtions on you twins. This is the first time I have had the courage to even look on this web site. But, I am finally facing my demons sort of speak. Please enjoy your babies. Hopefully, my husband and I will have the same joy in the future!
