figured I would join in the HPT group tonight. lol I am 7dpt of 2 5 day blasts and had the 1st beta yesterday. I was supposed to have the 2nd tomorrow but they changed it to Sunday. We decided to do the HPT and got a BFP! I figure the trigger is out of my system since it has been 14 days but still plan to do another one tomorrow.

Hi everyone. This is my first time on the msg board. We have one daughter (3.5 yrs old), conceived the old-fashioned way with no problems. Unfortunately, we have fertility issues this time around. We've had 3 unsuccessful IUIs. We transferred 2 blastocysts on 5/25/2009. My fist beta is on Friday (6/5My daughter is also super clingy with me the last 2 days -- can kids sense these things???

Hello All....congrats acornmom, I am 6dpt of three 3 day old blasts. When should I do the HPT if I choose to...I am starting to build my courage...I do my first beta test on the 7th of June. Counting the days, wishing everyone the best of luck in their journey.

Sara, I am day 8 pET (I did a 3 days transfer), I did HPT starting day 6, 7, both of them are negative, today is day 8, I just did the morning HPT, I saw a very paint band, i will have my blood work next Tuesday. You should do HPT now to make sure your hCG trigger already gone from your body, and then later on, the positive will be positive, I am not sure about mine now, I will do it again tomorrow, hopefully I will see a darker band.

So they told you to come in 6dpt? Wow, that amazing. My clinic is having me come in 10dpt.

(Oh yeah, I took a HPT yesterday at 4dp5dt and it was neg. I know its too soon, but couldnt help myself)

Well, had my beta yesterday, BFN. I tried to prepare myself for it since I had been bleeding, but it was still devasting! We don't know what we are going to do next, cause we are financially drained from this cycle. Hopefuly will figure out a way to try again soon. Anyway, thanks for all the support, you ladies are awesome!!

Thanx for the reply apple and congrats on ur positive, u're very lucky, which brand of HPT did u use? I want to make sure mine is a reliable one. I am sooo scared today that mine will be a negative as I don't have any symptoms at all...plus on my day 2pet, I had a greyish discharge, I'm scared that I lost it or was it the crenone gel I am using, but no such discharge after that. Can't get this thought off my mind. Plz anyone help....

Hi all, I am realizing quickly that I must be odd woman out. Yes, my physician did betas on day 6 and 8pt. I just got the 2nd done today and BFP!!! 1st beta was 33.6 and 2nd (today) was 205. Although I know this is great news I wish I had someone elses betas to compare them to. Oh well, my u/s is on June 10th so we will know more then! Yeah. Good Luck and lots of baby dust to all

hi every one, I am here waiting for my doctor to call with my beta result......... , I did my test 9 am this morning and its alreday 2 pm and no call, maybe because its sunday I do not know.............. I have my cell phone, my home phone and my Dh phone next to me waiting them to ring........................................................

Hello everyone,

the 2ww is dragggging!!! Argh. Im 6dp5dt and Im sick! Like stuffy nose, sore throat sick! Why oh why does this have to happen now?? No fever yet but I really hope it doesnt get to that point.

Hope everyone else is doing well. I will go home and take a HPT tonight... and tomorrow... and the next day. lol, i cant stay away!!!

Hi everyone again!

Well true to my word, I went ahead and took the HPT. and i def saw a faint second line. I mean, at first i thought my eyes were playing tricks on me so I got DH to take a look and it was def there. I'm thrilled right now but DH said not to get too ahead of myself. I'm 6dp5dt and used the First Response test. Will of course check again tomorrow and the next day. Beta is not until Thursday though.

Hello all....I did my fist HPT today which is my 8dpt of three 3 day old blasts and it is a negative...will try again tomorrow or the day after. I am sorry for ur result C&C12806...I know it seems the end of the world right now, but have faith that u have something better in store for u. I sneezed out my embryos the same dy they got transferred on my last ivf attempt and regretted it soo much at that time, but a month later I fell ill with full-blown chicken pox, and a friend of mine had to get her natural pregnancy aborted when the same hapened with her...at that time I realized that my sneeze was a blessing in disguise after all.....so don't lose hope. And congrats for MOm2B...Plz pray for me too.

This 2ww is killing me . I have my breast are hard and my nipples are soar I also have some light headeness and heat waves. This morning at 5 am I had very smallspoting but now I don´t have anything.

Hey Eve,

Absolutely no symptoms. No tenderness, no bloating. Really weird. I am very sick though right now which stinks. Sneezing, coughing, mild fever. Argh. Otherwise nothing else. I really hope this cold isnt going to effect the embies. Im gonna take another HPT tonight and see. I really cant wait till thursday!!!

Hey Sara,

Good luck to you. I hope you get your BFP soon. When is your beta?
Also, can I ask, how did you sneeze out your embryos? Does sneezing/coughing actually do that? Im sick right now and coughing and sneezing up a storm.
