Here is a quick update. I have had several u/s this week measuring the size of my follicles. I don’t have too many somewhere around 6 to 8, the doctor said it is still worth doing the ER, because my estrogen level is good and my follicles continue to grow. I take the trigger shot of Noveral on Sunday at 9:30pm and my ER is on Tuesday at 8:30am.
Hope everyone is doing well and have a good weekend,
Nicole

Rosario - Congratulations on your ET. Good luck.

Nicole - not long now! good luck.

mikeandjess - sorry you have been delayed. I hope everything stays on plan for the next date. I understand the frustration of delays!

CT_Michele - I hope your grandmother is getting better. I can't believe how much you are going through at the moment. Is your neck pain any better?

Carolyn - Not long now. June tomorrow so soon be there. Yes we are settled thank you. I am hoping it will help me relax more for the next cycle.

Sheri - So sorry about your bad news. My first cycle ended in April and I completly understand what you are going through. I hope you are starting to come to terms with it and looking forward to your next cycle.

Sorry for not replying to everyone. I was determined not to use a PC all weekend but could not resist. I am always on my computer at work these days and felt I needed a break!
I only have 10 BCP left! yeah!

angie- my grandma is now out of the hospital. No one really knows what happened, but things are calming down now. I feel like I can relax and de-stress a bit now. Neck pain has gotten better, but still hurts. I am going to see a neck dr on tuesday. Yeah for only 10 bcp's left! You are well on your way.

nicksgam- 6-8 follies is still good, I have seen people on here still do ER with less follies than that. Good luck with your ER on Tuesday, we will all be waiting to hear.

rosario- congrats on transfer. I hope those embies are snuggling in and I am sending lots of sticky dust your way. How is the 2ww treating you so far?

mikeandjess- so sorry you got pushed back. I know it is frustrating, I get pushed back every time it seems. But June 26 is not that far away...less than a month. Bring on your questions and we will do the best we can to answer.

chris- glad to hear you are having a nice vacation, and good for you for taking an extra day. I feel like I need to get away for a little while right now.

I was quite shocked I got af this morning, I wasn't expecting it at all. I stopped bcp's a few days ago, so it makes sense it is here, but I thought being on lupron meant everything was shut down. I posted about it and ghost explained it is normal. So now I have a few days of af to deal with. I go for u/s and bw thursday and I think that is when I decrease lupron and start estrogen pills. I am so glad it is getting closer now. I guess I should go place my bulk online order of hpts...lol

Boy oh boy, everyone is just moving right along! It sounds like you are all making great progress and I am learning so much (and getting so excited) just from reading everyone's updates. I'm living vicariously through all of you!

I feel like I am DEFINITELY the last one up to bat. I have nothing new really to report. Today is day 31 of my cycle and I am waiting patiently for AF. As I wrote before, this was our last try for conceiving naturally, but the hpt yesterday was a BFN (will I ever see TWO pink lines??!!). I'm not really surprised, but you know how you get hopeful anyway?

So.......usually I am around a 28-30 day cycle but nurse said that AF might come later this month because of the Clomid I took. For now, all I know of the plan is that once I start AF, I will take bcps as of Day 3 for about 2 weeks before starting bunches of other meds (will keep you posted and will provide more details as I figure them out...still so new to this), with a ER around the first week in July (see, I really am behind everyone else! Waaah!). :D

Best to you all.....let's keep the positive spirit flowing wildly throughout this thread!!!

stay positive- i don't think you will be last. I have been a part of many of these threads and people will continue to pop up. Like Debbie who just joined and will be cycling very close to you.

There are actually a couple of ladies who have not joined this thread yet, but are reading and expected to be at the end of july, they just want to make sure they don't get pushed to august before joining...you people know who you are and I can't wait to for you to join us :D

Debbie- welcome! We will be praying the 3rd time is a charm for you. I don't know anything about bravelle, but I hope it doesn't burn too much for you.

hey everyone

Just a quick post - got a call from the clinic last week and will be taking my last BCP 5 June then start buserilin 8 June. ER/ET likely to be around the week of 23 June. Picking up and paying for my drugs tomorrow (ouch!).

rosario - well done, it all sounds so positive. A week to go for you! Best wishes.

stay positive - nothing wrong with being later than everyone else. Everyones journey is different and its the result that's important not the timing.

Ahhh so the 2ww isn't as bad as all the other ones. Lets see maybe because this cycle I have not been stress so much. I have had some soda, chocolate, and have yet to POAS... By this time last cycle I was POASing 3x/day (had a box of 50 HPT) just to make sure trigger was out of the system, not drinking soda or eating anything i wasn't supposed to. Even ET was smoother than the other times. They had no trouble getting these embies in. Physically I am crampy, little twitches here and there which I am hoping are signs of implantation.... I will POAS tomorrow just to make sure trigger is out has been 9 days since i triggered. Other than that I am feeling 100% great.

I think thinking of everyone. Lets be positive and stress free =]

Hello ladies, may I join you on this thread? There are a few ladies here I know from a previous March/April cycle thread, and I'm looking forward to getting to know the rest of you. I'm one of the culprits Michele referred to who's been lurking and reading but waiting to have confirmed cycle dates before joining (I didn't want to jinx things!). I had been expecting to have to wait until August but we have got lucky and so I'm going to have a July transfer, but only just!

So my story, briefly - DH and I have been TTC for over 4 years. We tried Clomid for a year, DH took steroids, we did IUI three times and all unsuccessful. We did our first cycle of IVF in April. We got 6 eggs, 5 fertilised and on day 3 we transferred one Grade I 8 cell embryo and froze two other Grade I embies (one 7 cell and one 6 cell). Unfortunately we got our BFN at the beginning of May.

We had our follow-up consultation last week and the doctor managed to sneak us past the clinic's waiting list and book me in for a FET in July. AF arrived last night so I've just confirmed my dates with them now that I'm on day 1. I am to start sniffing the Synarel on day 21 (21st June) to down-regulate (we are going on holiday for two weeks from Friday 12th so it will all start while we're away). My baseline assessment is Friday 10th July and if that goes well, I will start taking estrogen. My next scan will be around the 23rd July (give or take a day or so), and if it looks OK the actual transfer will be around 27th/28th July. We just have to hope that the thaw goes well and we have something to transfer - we will transfer both if both make it.

So, Michele, could you put me on the list please for an estimated FET in w/c 27th July. As I said before, I'm a July transfer but only by the skin of my teeth!!

And that's about it. Looking forward to getting to know you all and seeing lots of lovely BFP's on this thread!

Hello all,
I am new to the boards here.

My short history, In April/May 2009, I had my first IVF Ended in BFN- I was crushed.

I Started my cycle right after the BFN, and I started a new IVF cycle right away. I started BCP's May 27th, I stop then June 14th, Go in for baceline appointment June 18th. I start Stimming that night.

Last cycle I was over suppressed. I was on 10units of lupron injections for 2 weeks. and stimmed for 9 days I produced 7 eggs all 7 fertilised, Great right? I was so over suppressed with the lupron my embies stopped splitting on day 3, we transfered 2 7 cell embies, obviously didn't make it.
My Dr feels I was so suppressed that it effected not just egg quality but embryo growth. So this cycle I'm on now, I am skipping the suppression stage, and going right into Stims. I will be on a Micro Dose of Lupron, Only to keep from Ovulating the Follies.

I'm really scared for this cycle. I'm not at all excited about it. maybe I'm still sad from the BFN I had 2 weeks ago.
1st IVF April/May 2009 - BFN-Over suppressed :(

2nd IVF- BCP's start- May 27th, End- June 14
Start Stims June 18th, On Micro Dose Lupron
