I'm starting to relax more now. The spotting is gone for the moment. I had mild cramping this morning and it has eased up a little now. I told my boss what was going on this morning and a few hours later, she asked me if I wanted to go home and put my feet up. I took her up on her offer. I just can't sit still at work. So, just a couple more hours til my appointment.
Ian - Is that mexican restaurant in Fort Wayne? Mexican sounds good.

aims: oh, how so very sweet of your boss!! And very wise of you to take them up on their offer.... where do you work, or what do you do? El is here in Warsaw- SO GOOD! I'm loving muching on it right now!
Ian - Yes my boss is very sweet. I work at Red Cross as a lead tech for shipping blood products to hospitals. It's an interesting job learning about all the blood products and how they help people. I also get to learn about the hospitals and which ones I don't want to go to. I've been lucky to have understanding bosses there because I have not been able to keep quiet about all my ivf treatments. We lift up to 50lbs so I've been on lots of restrictions the past year with all the tries DH and I have done.
Are you going to deliver in Warsaw? I haven't heard anything bad about that hospital so nothing to worry about there. lol. One of these days, I will have to go to warsaw to try the mexican place.

aims: that would be awesome- we could meet there, or if you and your DH are up to meeting us, that would be fun- it would be nice to put a face with a name, too! I work at the probation dept. over here. It's ALWAYS interesting, as you can imagine! We are actually planning on delivering in Ft. Wayne, neither my DH or myself have had pleasant experiences at the local hospital.... besides, they don't have a NICU, God forbid we would need one, but if we did- well, I guess I'd just rather be safe than sorry.
aims, speaking of Ft. Wayne, I might actually be there in August! DH's family planned a family reunion...which is odd considering most of them don't speak to each other Anyway, he wants to get up there to see his immediate family at least since I probably won't be traveling up there for a while after that until the babies get a little older.

Cynthia/Aims: we should all get together, it would be so fun! Aims: are you guys up for it? If Aims is willing, we could meet at her place, or somewhere in Fort Wayne....
Well I have good and bad news. The good news is the babies are fine, their heartbeats are strong, and they are dancing around in there. lol. The bad news is Baby A's placenta is really low right now and they found a tiny tear in the placenta. The doctor didn't seem too concerned about it and felt the tear would heal itself. He also said the placenta would probably get higher too. He said it wasn't from anything I did wrong. It just happened. I might have some spotting this week but if I still have it by Monday next week to call back.
Tara - That's great you work for Red Cross too! I guess I shouldn't say I was grumbling this morning as PRO1 was down. lol I was in DC one time for CFS training about 4 years ago but that's the only time I was sent there.
Ian/Cymplicity - We should get together in August. I'm not sure my place would be very relaxing. We're working with the dogs on calming down when people come over. I'm not sure I should test them on 3 pregnant women though. lol. I can't handle them by myself.
I plan on posting some ultrasound pics as soon as I figure out photobucket.

aims327- So glad your babies are doing good! I have read about the low laying placenta and like your doc said it usually moves up higher with time. It must of been great to see them moving around
I cant wait till thursday for my u/s... urghhhhhhh 2 more days
aims: sounds like good news all the way around! A little unnerving for sure! But the prognosis sounds really good! WHEW! 3 dogs is a lot- but I'm game- whatever works for everybody- I just think it would be fun to see us all together, although you would have the biggest bump, housing 2 and all
dys: HANG IN THERE GIRL!!!! I'm hoping for good news for you too!!!
aims, so glad babies are doing well! I guess the tear explains all the spotting? Sounds like things will be just fine
Ian/aims, right now we're looking at being in Ft. Wayne Aug. 19 - 24. I'd love to get together one of those days! Right now good days for us would be that Thurs, Fri or Sat. Even if it's just a quick lunch, I think that would be fun . More than likely DH will be with me if you'd like to make it a triple date.
AFM, nothing new really. How is everyone sleeping? It's getting more and more uncomfortable for me. DH bought me a body pillow but I'm not sure that's helping much.

Cynthia~ Oh, I totally forgot you're having twins too! A Saturday would work well for us- my birthday is actually on the 21st! I'll be 36!! I'll go ahead and block that afternoon off for a lunch and will bring my DH along as well~ the boys can comiserate.... I'm sure they'll love that
The sleeping for me is not uncomfortable, but awkward, even this early- we sleep with like 6 pillows, so I practically have a body pillow surrounding me at all times!
aims - glad to know that the babies are doing fine!!
My sleep is also very uncomfortable. I get up atleast 2 times to go to the bathroom. I used to love sleeping on my belly, but now I am scared to do that. So I am twisting and turning, annoying DH!!
Thanks a lot for the feed back and support.I am feeling better now .I have an ultrasound scheduled for june 8 th waiting for Monday.
Aims : I am very happy for you .M friend also had a tear in the placenta but was healed in a week .Don't do excercise this week ,you would be good.If your bed is too high try sleeping on a lower bed.Take care
I just had my first trimester screening and the Nuchal Translucency test done. The results came out good. The perinatologist said I am in low risk. I am not going to do the CVS or aminio tests.
The ultrasound image was great!! The baby looks big and beautiful. The heart beat was loud and clear and measured 167. After about 3 months, only today I felt very happy and convinced about my pregnancy. DH and I decided to celebrate today
