is there a way to improve egg quality? tea, herbs...etc what clinic do you recomend that is THE best?
I'm 26 -DH 27
We just found out we have an egg quality issue
Low count, motility
4 insem
Our First IVF with ICSI
FEB/MARCH- BFN :(

Some claim that DHEA improves ovarian response. Maybe it does, but more evidence is needed.

The best clinic choice for you probably depends on where you are.

I have no idea which clinic is THE best. Statistically, U of Iowa is among the best (high birth rates with few embryos transferred), but I don't know if they screen patients to get their numbers up, and one poster here said she went there but was treated rudely. The statistics for most clinics are available on the 'net, but if they achieve these numbers by taking only the best patients (and some do exactly this even after claiming otherwise), then those numbers mean little or nothing. And of course, there's a big comfort factor at work, and that is a very individual choice.

There are a handful of clinics that have impressed me with their research.
