i feel sick as a dog so count yourself lucky for feeling normal. i think the exhaustion part of the pregnancy may be gone but the morning sickness is worse then ever. and my insurance only allows me 12 (yes--12) zofran pills a month!! so frustrating, not that they really work but i really like them for when i work. however, i can't wait to feel the babies move it makes me feel more secure that they are doing better.

when is everyone going for there next u/s? mine is next friday

What is Zofran? Is that the same as Phenergan?

My U/S is 2 wks away. I am so hoping they try to listen for a heartbeat at this appointment.

mom2luke- I feel your pain- I have been sooo sick since Monday morning, the only thing that has helped a little are the sea bands. I would suggest youtry them if you haven't already. Also, I can't tell you how many saltine crackers I have eaten this week. Although I am so sorry to hear you are feeling terrible it is comforting to know I am not the only one.

Neffi- I am so jealous of you and no symptoms- I wouldn't question it- just embrace how lucky you are:) As all my reading has told me, each women reacts to pregnancy differently.

AFM- we had our U/S Thursday and saw 2 good size sacs- and 2 HB- 127 and 123, we were released by our IVF Dr. (their policy is 7 weeks as long as everything looks good, so although I felt it may be too early I am glad they are confident in how my little peanuts are developing) I am not sure when my next U/S will be, I have to wait until Monday to call my OB and find out.

QUESTION: What is the 1st trimester screening? My OB did say that she will be sending me (as she does w/ all IVF mommies) to a high risk OB for the 1st trimester screening. Any input from anyone who know more about this is appreciated.

Hi ladies. This will be my last post. I went to the emergency room Thursday night for a tiny bit of red spotting (I had been spotting brown for about 3 weeks off and on) and after an lenghty ultrasound found out that on my 10 week mark my baby was only measuring between 7-8 weeks and they couldn't detect a heartbeat. They call this a missed miscarriage so now I am waiting for my body to naturally expel my precious baby.

I wish every one of you the very best and will pray that each of you have healthy babies. I know each of you are going through rough times with moods and sickness. Appreciate every little emotion...I am glad I did while I had them. It was nice getting to know you all.

hey everyone-

How is everyone feeling? I am doing okay. I have bits of nausea here and there but nothing horrible. I am peeing like crazy! Other than that, nothing. I am excited to have my u/s on the 24th. One more week. We are headed to the beach this weekend so I hope the weather holds out.

Hey Neffi, I'm doing great. I have been peeing like crazy too, it kinda drives me crazy at night, I'm like up every two hours. My morning (all day) sickness seems to be getting a little better. I have been taking Zofran for the past week and that really seems to help. Another thing that just started four days ago is severe constipation, it's horrible. My doctor told me I can take Metamucil, so I started last night, let's hope that helps. My tummy is really starting to pooch out and I am definitely feeling pregnant, it is a wonderful feeling, so no complaints!

I hope everyone has a wonderful day.

lisamaria- I am in the same boat. The "morning" all day sickness has decreased some days are better then other. As for the constapation i started that a few days ago also. It is driving me crazy causeing me to have intestinal cramps but then nothing. I have found that if i drink ALOT of water it is not as bad. my DH does not think that it is possible for me to increase my fluids any more. lol. i drink between 6-7 bottles a day (16oz bottles). A also am starting to show and feel really pregnant. Are you extremely tired.

Neffi- I know how the u/s can drive you crazy the wait. I go to the fertility doctor tomorrow for our 3rd u/s and go for our first OB appt on Friday.

How everyone is feeling good.
