Fluid in Uterus

Post by Jaxx »

I am currently going through my first IVF cylce and I am starting to stress a little...ok a lot!! I have been going in for all my ultrasounds and everything has been looking good, but today my doctor reported that there is some fluid in my uterus. He said if it doesn't go away we may not be able to do the transfer, which is scheduled for Tuesday June 23rd. He said it is not something I should stress about right now, but I am just wondering if anyone else has had similiar experiences. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I have heard of this before and the RE just sucked up the fluid during ER. Hope your issues resolve and Good Luck.

Jaxx- this has happened to me twice when I was trying to do a FET - my RE cancelled my cycles both times - she says it's better to let it go away on it's own - she says the fluid is very toxic to the embies and even sucking it out will still leave residue. Now I'm on my third attempt for a FET and the fluid is gone !! My transfer is TOMORROW!!! :D :D :D :D
