Need ivf leftover meds

Im looking for some help about leftover ivf medications, if someboby is willing to give to me if dont need it. This is my 3rd attempt and we already spend our savings, I dont have medical insurance and everything is out of pocket. I will be more than glad to accept it and Im very positive that now this cycle God will do a miracle with me. Im been trying to concieve for more than 10 years and some of you know how it feels.

Don't you think it's suspicious that Yaskurena just joined this community today to ask for meds? If you google her email address, you will find numerous other posts on public sites where she is looking for any and all kinds of meds. Why wouldn't she need something more specific? Just last week she said she needed a trigger shot for this week. Why would she need new meds now already, if she did a trigger this week? And on May 28th she also posted that it was her third attempt. If she did a trigger this week, she would be looking for meds for her 4th attempt, right?
I know, I just logged in here for the first time today too, but you can see my postings at ivfconnections.net, and see that I am a real ivfer. I think that Yaskurena is up to something. It just upsets me to see someone taking advantage of the kindness of people in our situation. I wouldn't give meds to someone unless I had an online history with them.

yaskayra - Please stop bothering the good people of this site. The meds that someone might donate to you could go to someone that really needs them.

That was sweet of you to help, but this sounds 100% like a scam. Cassie good work finding this info out. Not sure if you know, but you can also get in trouble for giving people meds since you don'y have a license to do so.

Cassie545 I will respond to your replay, yes Im new to this webside because I was looking for information about infertility, ivf and so on and by reading evrybodies post I realize that some people were offiring some leftover medicines to give out and then I posted my ad ok. Another thing, is that you research my email or whatever but did you find me selling meds? I dont think so because this is the first time in my 3rd ivf that I look for letfover medication onliner just to be clear, and when you talk about somebody make sure what are you trying to said because you said that If you google my email you will find NUMEROUS post, If Im correct ONE post is not NUMEROUS, Numerous means more than one, and yes I was looking for A trigger shot but was not for free I was asking to buy and I boughted was not for free. Lastly, I do not especify what type of medicines because I sometimes people do not responde to you if they see or have exacly what you asking or looking for. And if you Know or asked question to your doctor repronex and menopur are almost the same, Follistim, Gonal and bravelle do the same or similar. And just to finish this conversation is not nice to talk or post ads about what you think without being sure showed some respect to other people.

If I posted this ad is because I need help not because I want to scam anybody I being thru this for more than 10 years trying to concieve and now because someone tries to said whatever looks like or whatever they think, thats not correct, I Believe in God and He is there Im not giong to stress my self because some dont believe me or just like diffamation.

No sure if she is sending you all PM's too, but Yaskayra just sent me a rude message. And I agree Yaskayra it would be wonderful to give leftover meds to someone in need, but yes it IS illegal. Consider yourself enlightened. You have to have a license to distribute prescription meds.

Ladies I placed the ad for my donated drugs almost three months ago and not one reply. I am not a blogger and I don't frequent the site, I don't have all the lingo down. I am 38 and have had an ectopic, a miscarriage and 4 failed IVF's. I have terrible eqq quality. I live in Mass and I am lucky to have insurance. I stare at these unused drugs everyday in the fridge and I think of what a waste it would be to throw them out. I am doing an egg donor cycle and I've come to terms with my situation. I spoke to Yaskurena and she told me her story, I believe her. These drug companies are taking advantage of our desperation and the cost of these drugs is total insanity.
I appreciate your concern, but I want to see each and everyone of us have a baby. I applaud Yaskurena for asking for help. And if she is selling them I'm sure it is for someone who is less fortunate and can't afford insurance and/or paying for over priced brand new meds. Skigal - Good luck with egg donor cycle. I will be in your shoes doing donor egg if my next cycle doesn't work. I know the feeling of wanting to help those in need. I also have insurance which covers my drugs. I know I will have a lot of extra's when this is all said and done with and I will then probably donate them to someone I have conversed with on this board or other boards that I am on. Good for you for taking the time to listen to yaskayra and for donating your meds.

yaskayra - Sorry if we were wrong about you but in this day n age and with so many scams, it is really hard to trust anyone. Plus, seeing that donating meds is illegal I would really want to have some sort of relationship (even if it is a cycling buddy) before donating. Wishing you the best of luck with your cycle. Also there is a site, I think it is called garagesale.com or something like that. I have heard that people sell meds on there for cheap.

Lots of people need meds and so when I gave mine away, I gave them to someone I knew from this board who had been posting regularly for emotional support, not just free meds. There are lots of us in need of meds, but me helping out those I at least have known for a little while is great. In fact one of the people I donated to got some awesome embryos out of that cycle and I still get updates from her.

It is illegal, but I figure if you are SURE they are going to someone in need its great. Its definitely illegal to sell them and you can get in huge trouble for that.

The legal thing to do is donate them to your clinic. Your clinic can then legally dispense them to women who qualify for assistance.

Oh and I have no idea what the real deal is here, but I will say this...

When you hear Con Man, the con is for confidence because people trying to scam you are very good at convincing you that they are in fact telling the truth, when they are really lying.

I gave away thousands of dollars worth of meds (meds that I in part paid for myself) so I made SURE that they went to someone who was in fact really using them.

It does rub me the wrong way when people com to the forum (which is for EMOTIONAL support) and ask for free meds. This is not why this board exists. I posted an offer of meds to those who I knew needed them. I did not give mine to a random person asking for them on an emotional support board that they just joined. This board has been a super important part of my life for the last several months while going through IVF and if we imagined the case where people just joined the board to ask for free meds, then it would not really be the same kind of safe place we have all come to know and love would it? Its not what this board if for...
Luckily, I am not sure I have seen another post (maybe one) where someone asked for free meds. I have seen people trying to sell meds (also not allowed) and people offering their leftovers after they had success, but luckily its not filled with post after post of people asking for free meds. This is not the forum for that.
