pain on left side after transfer

trying so hard not to think about every twinge, but since fri. my left side has been aching....it's not crampy and actually when i sit theres this pain on my left side also.

any thoughts or hints? my boobs don't really hurt and i'm not super tired. i had 2 transferred on mon. the 15th so i'm on day 6 post transfer.

I doubt it has anything to do with implantation, as that is a microscopic event.

Possibly pain in a shrinking ovary? Sometimes they twist as they grow or shrink.

Be sure to tell your doctor.
