Anyone cycling July/August 09?

I never ever expected to start a new July buddies board, but it seems that the June-July thread is super crowded and busy, I just can't catch up!!

But now that I know I am DEFINITELY going to be cycling in July, I thought that I would start a new post for all the ladies that are cycling with me this month, hopefully there are a few of you who would like to join and share the journey!!!

I'm on climara patch this month and then I just have to wait for AF to arrive then I will start on the injectables (600IU GonalF). Good luck to all you out there..and please let me know that I'm not on my own this month.. love to all.

Hi KayCe,

Great to be in touch. You're right, there are lots of ladies on the June/July board, but they are a fantastic bunch and there are new people joining all the time. So if you feel like it, come and hang out with us over there.

Kayce- Kushka's right, lots of awesome ladies there that will welcome you with open arms, don't worry about catching up...and there are a lot of people who will be cycling around the same time as you...hope to see you over there.

Wow you guys are so nice, thank you so much. I just feel the board started so long ago and everyone knows everyone that is kind of overwhelming!!

Hi Kayce I'm with ya. I start BCP next week when AF arrives and Ill do all the other stuff for my first FET in july. Good luck to you and Ill join with you. All the lady's are great i read the JUne/july but haven't posted!!

KatieG! great we might be having transfer at the same time!! You're lucky to have a FET this time around, I never had any frosties left, it's been always fresh cycles for me. Good luck and is nice to know someone cycling at the same time!!! the other board is crazy but I hope to keep up, hope to see you around!!

Kayce hows your progress? AF came today so ill be starting BCP on saturday. I am taking an extra week of pills before my Lupron shot b/c I will be out of town and so we are dragging it out a week.

KatieG Yeah!!! You're officially on the countdown to ET!!! I'm still waiting and waiting, this cycle has been crazy but I hope by monday to have my dear friend AF visiting!!! We are going away over the weekend so I'm counting on that, hopefully we won't have to rush back home, I'll let you know how it goes. Good luck with the BCP!!! I'll keep you posted!!

Hi Ladies-

I would like to join as I am scheduled for my FET the week of August 10. I started my BCP on Friday and my RE will be taking a look at my uterus on Tuesday . My 1st Lupron shot is scheduled for July 12. I'm very hopeful that this time will work for me as I started accupunture 2 weeks ago to help boost my odds. Anyone else doing anything to help increase with success rates?

Tangela I didnt do any prep work but I feel more nervous this go around. I feel like I know what to expect more so then last time. I just started BCP yesterday and I am getting my Lupron shot on 7/13 and should have my FET around the 8/5 give or take. Good luck!! I did Pinapple after ET last time and I did NOT POAS. I did after they told me I was preggo just so I could see it. I dont know if I will this time.

This is my first time on a message board and I'm sure I'll get a lot of encourgement and prayers as i will be defiantly sending several your way

I'm going to eat the fresh pinnapple too after the ET and my mom said that she is going to stay with me for 3 days to make sure I have bedrest. With my fresh cycle I used a heating pad on my butt where i was taking the prog. shot and my husband, dr and i are almost sure that is why my 2 blasts did not implant

My nurse knew I was doing the heat befor the ET and didn't tell me not too... but I should have known much better since they say avoid hot baths. I've learned so much over this year and just by reading posts, i'm going to do everything I have read to maximize my chances.

I am also going to do the 3 days bedrest. I am going to have DH take off work since we have a little one.

Hi ladies!!! Welcome to the boards Tangela!!! I just posted on the other thread but wanted to check on you. There are a lot of ladies doing FET next month, so you should come check!!!

I got AF yesterday so today I started stims. We are back on the game!! I have to do 600 iu of Gonal F (highest does my clinic does) and then a microdose of ovidrel everyday. I'm not sure when I'm going to have ER since last cycle we went on for 17 days of stims due to low response. So we'll see, I think I'll just take it each day as it comes.

Tangela now that you ask, I do acupuncture and it has helped me a lot with stress. This past cycle was way better than the other ones. I also started to eat better, whole grains, fruits and veggies, no red meat, veg protein, whole milk, avoid trans fat , water... I'm also taking herb tea that my LAC makes for me. So, I think is just using common sense and being healthy!!!

I agree with you both, I'm also doing bed rest after ET. At least a couple of days!!! It is also worth it to be spoiled for a change!!!

Ladies, looks like i will be joining u all on this journey. My story is pretty long but to make it short, i had 3 iui (BFN), 2 fresh IVF (bfn), 1 FET with a single embryo (BFP) but lost my baby boy at 17.5 weeks.

I took off for around 5 months as it was a very emotional time for me and wanted to make sure that i was both physically and mentally ready for a next round.

I started by BCP, had a hysteroscopy last week to remove polyps, and will start Lupron on 6/29. My tentative dates are ET - 7/18 and ER -7/21. I am also doing accupuncture which i had done during my FET cycle. Hoping this one works again!

I am in tooo....I joined in the June/July group but feel like this the right place as i will be starting my Stims on 29 June.as of now i am on Bcp's till friday..26 june..i am very happy that we are all together for this cycle..this is my 5 cycle as 2 previous cycles are failed with 1 embie transfer and 2 are cancelled..this time i am on 5 mg folic acid and a prinate vitamin with Dha.and will be starting the follistim on monday if the baseline looks okay on saturday 27th.

my tentative dates of ER 8/9 july and ET 13/14 july.
BabiesGalore .. very sorry for your loss..did you get the accupuncture before and after ET ?
