How many IVF cycles did it take you to become pregnant?

1, but lost the baby for other reasons, the 4th attempt has me at 33 weeks.

4 - 2 IVF/ICSI with own eggs - BFN - 1 IVF/ICSI donor egg - BFN - FET - BFP

some of my friends got their BFP on their first try . . . others got it on 2nd or 3rd try . . . some are still trying . . . I'm going to be on my 2nd try in August . . . I think it depends on your own unique situation, albeit endometriosis, eqq quality, tubal issues, male factor, the experience of your clinic, etc. Also depends if you react well to the stims and make a lot of follicles/eggs or if you are a low responder . . .The most frustrating part is when all looks well, the embryos sometimes fail to implant and when the embryos don't look so good, sometimes you get a BFP . . . I sometimes think there's no rhyme or reason . . . I just choose to be optimistic, listen to my doctor, take my shots, and hope for the best . . . It's all that I can do to control my situation =) It'll happen . . . Good luck =)

I have done one fresh IVF cycle, and two FET's. I have been lucky enough to get pregnant with all three, but lost the first two pregnancies. I am currently 4.5 weeks and cautiously optimisitic.

I have done 5 IVF cycles. I have gotten one beautiful baby. One chemical pregnancy and one m/c. The other two were BFNs. Good luck!

Fresh cycle in April - BFN
FET in May - BFP but m/c d/t blighted ovum @ 7 wks
Start my 2nd IVF cycle in August and I have the utmost faith that it's going to work!

I finally had my BFP at try num 3. I am currently 8wks pregnant with Triplets.

I did five medicated cycles and got my positive with the last one - using donor eggs. It can happen! Keep your spirits up!

Over the years I did 12 IUI and 3 IVF cycles. Third cycle so far has worked!
