Is it best to do the back shots standing or lying down flat?

I prefer standing up, but my DH says I move too much. So I've done them both ways. Guess it doesn't really matter. Just a personal preference.
me- 31 with no known issues
DH - 38 vasectomy 12 yrs

I stand on a thick book with the one leg that is not getting a shot, that allows the leg that is getting the shot to dangle and therefore is very relaxed...works well!
