They are pretty much the same. The main active ingredient in Menopur, Repronex, and Bravelle (and Gonal F and Follistim) is FSH.
Some contain a little LH.
Menopur contains a little hCG instead, which acts much like LH but lasts longer.
The doctors I work with like a combination of Menopur and Follistim.
