ACK!! Freaking Out! Ghost, anyone???

Post by dogzrule »

I just went to the restroom and had some thick clear mucus, the kind you have around ovulation time. Should this be happening on the stims??? I called my case nurse manager and left her a message but am panicking a little. I don't want ANYTHING to go wrong here! I started stimming July 2 and am scheduled to trigger Monday evening.

Anyone else? This is not something I've studied.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

Unfortunately, I had the same issue to the point I had to wear a liner. The good part is, it didn't cause any other problems. Not sure what causes it unless it's estrogen. But that is nothing but a guess. I always considered it a good sign and that my body was getting ready to make a baby. Just one of things we have to deal with in order to reap the wonderful rewards!

Hi Dogzrule
One thing I learned going through IVF is that you musn't worry about stuff like this. I know women who have had all sorts of discharge during the process.
I am sure you will be fine. Sounds like your body is getting ready to support a pregnancy....fingers crossed for you.
Good luck!

Thank you shelby and cwrj! I did google it and found it is VERY common towards the end of stims, and my case nurse manager called me back and said this is definitely not unheard of, so hopefully all is well. I'll know tomorrow morning when I go in for my next sono! Keeping a PMA and praying like a sucker the whole way! :D

In case it gives you more peace of mind going forward, I also experienced that during stims and then after ET, also, during the 2WW. It slowly decreased after I got me BFP. Good luck!! MG
