Blastocyst

Post by ls4 »

:?: Has anyone done this? How were your results? Is there anything you would recommend while doing this. I may be doing this in the summer. I
'm just looking for anyone's thoughts on it. Thank you !

all the embies I have ever transferred have been blasts. We had a lot of embies from the only fresh cycle we've done, we were able to freeze 8. My 3rd IVF cycle (2nd FET) was successful and now I'm just here sitting waiting for this baby girl to make her arrival. I don't know if you have any specific question, but that's my story on a nutshell.

They say that blasts are the best you can transfer, but plenty of women conceive with 3 days one too.

:) Thank you for your response. I'm glad to hear the good news! I had on failed cycle and one FET that was possitive but lead to misscarriage early on. My Doctor said This would be better. I'm hoping he is right

Thank You!

I had one 5 day blastocyst transferred. Graded as good and it was hatching. I now have a one year old daughter from just that cycle.

Thank you for your responses It helps me out a lot. I want to be more possitive going into this. It seems to be really hard though.
Thank You everyone!

Hi Ladies,

I've just had 1 blastocyst embie transferred today! Reading these posts that they have worked for you has made me even more positive that it's going to work for us this time! This is our 4th IVF/ICSI cycle. The embie is from IVF eggs as they were better quality - this has been graded as a well advanced grade 3 embie! :D

I have been successful with both a 3 day transfer and FET with blasts. I have also had BFN with both. So I think it can work either way. Best of Luck to you and sending babydust your way.
