That's great, Dogzrule! I wouldn't worry about the intermediate rating. Seems like plenty of people get pregnant with various ratings.

My doc called me this morning, and all 7 are looking pretty good, so we're going to go for Monday afternoon. (So we're definitely cycle twins - I think even our betas will be on the same day!)

I'm really glad about that, except that we also just closed on a house, and we're moving this week. (because we didn't have enough going on - ha!) So, DH is going to the final walk-thru and getting the keys while I'm on bed rest. He jokes that I planned this so that I wouldn't have to carry any boxes!

KayCe - I'm so excited for you, and all my fingers are crossed for your beta on Monday! I'd think if your HPT was positive so early, your numbers must be great!

Cheekyone and lw - good luck with the ER - it will probably feel good to get all those eggs out!

Hi Everyone,

My DH and I are going through IVF for the first time and I was looking around on the net to find people who are experiencing what we are. I have been stimulating for 8 days and it looks like ER will be on Friday, July 24, with ET being on Monday, July 27th. I am so nervous and excited that I am not sleeping well.

It has been so helpful reading about each of your experiences; now I have a general idea about what to expect, and what is 'normal'. Ladies, you are making a difference

KayCe - If there's one super embie, they'll put in just one. If not, they'll put in two, but no more than that (we refused the selective reduction possibility, so that is the reason). One day almost down, one more to get through! EEEEEEK!!!! You're almost at your BETA confirmation of your BFP yay!!!!!

I've been on the June/July thread . . .
Got my BFN on July 1st = Sads
Getting the go-ahead from my RE to do IVF #2 in August = Yays!

Just got a big box of meds! . . . Getting excited again!
Now I'm just waiting for AF so I can start BCP and then start stimming . . .

I am a low-repsonder, so my RE cranks up the Follistim/Menopur dosages . . . additionally, I may have some egg quality issues, so I'll probably be taking a growth hormone as well . . .

I'm a living, breathing science experiment =)

Anyway, glad to be with you ladies =)

I had a dr. appointment today. They measured I think 8(ish) follicles at about 17-17.5, and several more at 16ish. They upped my menopur for the day and I have another appointment on monday. Currently they plan of doing the ER wednesday July 22. I'm just happy to be having tomorrow off from driving!

AFM i opted for all eggs to go to 5 day blast but got a call from the embriologist asking me whether or whether not to go to 5 day blast or 3 days as my last cycle none made it to the blast stage. so he is going to check the eggs tomorrow and decide then on the quality. If two excel really we'll he thinks its better to put them in at day 3. If so it will be ET tomorrow day 3. I am just a little confused at the moment cause i was thinking day 5 blast, anyway throw some embie dust my way girls.

Looks like me, dogz and cheekyone will all be getting transfers tomorrow - I'll be thinking of you two ladies!

It'll be a 5 day tx for me, but I'll talk in the morning with my RE about how the eggs are doing, and how many to put back. I would like to do 2, which I think it the recommendation for my age. I hope enough make it to tomorrow!

lw - it sounds like you're going to have a great number of mature follicles! Both times, I haven't had that many of decent size.

cheekyone - don't worry, just remember your RE is all about doing what will result in the highest success for you, and if he/she decides it's tomorrow at day 3, then that's ok! How many embies do you have? Keep us posted on what happens tomorrow.

beth - yay cycle twin yay! I'm a little nervous about the TINY chance that I get a call tomorrow telling me they're holding off one more day because none of them grew or whatever. Praying I do NOT get a phone call in the morning and get to just go and have the little one (or two) put in! I'll be doing the sticky embie dance for us!

Deftones - So good to see you again!! Theres a few of us over here waiting / trying again. I hear you on the feeling like an experiment too. My RE called me "a complicated case" I've never forgotten it. He had me on a drug usually used for breast cancer patients (Arimidex) to try to "starve" endo tissue - his nurse told me I'm the 1st he's used it on. We'll see if it worked. Heres to being a guinea pig! How long are you on GH?

lw918 - Yes, driving to monitoring appts. is very draining, plus at 2hrs. each way it always messes up my AM stims injection. Soon I'll complain about that too! LOL Have you ever gotten stuck in traffic & all you can think is "my shot is due in 15 mins?" Too frustrating!

Michele -I'm still doing the official "LOW E2 dance" for you!! How is Ella's big day coming along?
