Babiesgalore and Dogzrule - Not much longer ladies...
I saw my RE today and it looks like I will trigger on Wednesday, 7/22, and have the ER on Friday, 7/24 and the transfer on Monday, 7/27. I have to keep reminding my self to stay calm and relax. Fortunately I will have to work the rest of the week, so I will have something to help keep my mind occupied.[/b]

cheekyone - Glad the ET went well - I hope the wait goes quickly! And for your book, I'm from the Chicago area, but now live in Virginia. I imagine you with a big map and colored pins stuck in it!
Gi - I hope you enjoyed your old-fashioned weekend! I'll be envious, since we're not allowed any "old fashioned" fun for a couple of weeks!
Babies- 11 is fantastic! I'll have my fingers crossed for your fertilization report... There's no shame in vicodin. Enjoy the drugs now before your ET!
Jamie- I had small follicles catch up to big ones in both of my cycles, so I know it can happen!
Dogz - I'm dying to hear your update!
AFM, I had two great looking blasts transferred in today, and the process went smoothly. I'm supposed to call on Wednesday to find out how many of the remainders made it to the freezer (I think that there are up to 5 that might make it). Now I'm in bed, with laptop and novels. My doctor said I only have to stay on bed rest until tomorrow night!
On a side note - I had posted another topic about the PIO shots - I had a really bad reaction to them. Huge red welts (like the size of my hand) on both sides, rock hard, and so painful. The nurse took one look and said "cellulitis" and made me show the RE also. They switched me back to the suppositories. I was worried that I was just being a wimp, but they said that was a pretty extreme reaction. My RE also said he expects that a year from now, nobody will be using PIO, since more and more research is showing that there's no difference. So I feel much better about my own perceptions of it, and am looking forward to being able to sit down without crying out!

ME- so does anyone else have a nurse assigned to them who just doesn't care? she never returns my emails or phone calls...UGH! i just found out she ordered my meds twice at two different pharmacies. One is mail order and they say "someone has to pay for it." i just about became unglued!
anyway....i'm starting to feel tender around the midsection and Weds. is my next u/s ( which will be day 7) so i will ask all of the questions you ladies told me to! hopefully things are moving along in the right direction! i want a baby dammit! PMA! PMA!

beth your right i have this little round world globe and on it i've rolled little round bits of blu tack which is like play dough and placed them where u guys are in the world. right tell me to get a life right lol
i am so happy u and dogzs are joining me on the 2ww every day feels like a year at the moment.
Babies that is wonderful news 11 eggs yay now i'll pray with you on a fantastic fertilisation rate.
Sunnygirl your nurse needs a big rev up from you. some of these people in the ivf field a damn buggers as if you don't have enough to worry about. Your paying for it so if i were you i would express my concerns. Goodluck with your next ultra sound and keep the pma up

Jamie it's quite amazing how 1 ultra sound they are small and the next they've blown up sometimes the smaller ones can catch up so i'll keep my fingers crossed for ya

Sunnygirl: thanks, if i didnt have PMA there is no way i would be doing a 6th attempt! I told my doctor i am only 29 and will keep going till it works!! If you stay focused and try not to let those BFN's get to you its grand - though i think i may need to rob a bank shortly
Dogzrule those embies sound fantastic!!!! Love the super duper one its gotta work!!!

lw Ugh, sorry to hear about the polyp. They just found a couple small ones low in my uterus. I am waiting to hear if my cycle will be delayed ro not. Good luck and I hope things work out.
AFM, not much going on except dealing with my horrible clinic. My HSG results were faxed 3 times since last Thursday and yet they swear they do not have them. Even though I am faxing it to the number they tell me and I get a confirmation each time. I am getting so tired of this clinic. They seem so poorly run. Its so disappoiting to me b/c I had heard such great things. I like my doc but the office staff is just miserable. Plus, when I call to follow up, they never return calls until after 5 when there is nothing I can do to follow up with labs etc....If we get delayed b/c of these polyps, I think we might switch clinics. Do any of you have any new england suggestions????

babies - I'm sorry you feel discouraged, BUT miracles happen! When I got my 3-day update on Saturday, I have 6 average embies, 7-8 cells, and I was so hoping at least a couple would be of better quality. BUT yesterday morning, one of those little embies had skyrocketed to 120 cells!!!!!! My doctor called it a perfect embie. Praying for your miracle. As you said, it only takes ONE!

AFM - turns out that super duper embie really was super, 120 cells!!!!!!!!! He put in that one and the 2nd best one (80 cells), and now.................we wait. The transfer itself went perfectly, but some lady two appts in front of me didn't go in with a full bladder, which left this other lady and me waiting out there DYING from full bladders. Turns out mine was way too full, and they sent me to pee for 10 seconds at a time 5 times to get it down. Then why tell me to drink 32 oz UGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still on "rest" today, but it is darn near impossible to barely move around. Grrr. Doing my best! Oh, he did give us a picture of the two little embies. AWESOME!!!!
