Success with ONE embryo transferred?

Post by dk »

Has anyone had success with just one embryo transferred? It is 8 cell, b quality.

I'm so nervous. This the worst cycle we've had. The last two IVF cycles we did, we had two quality embryos to transfer both times. Neither took.

I've had two miscarriages -- before we started IVF. I'm thirty nine and getting really scared!!!!! FSH level is 10.

Any insights or encouragement would be so helpful!

I think there were 2 gals in july that had only 1 embie transfered. One gal had a 6-cell and the other had a 4-cell (if I remember correctly) - both got BFP's. An 8 cell embryo is good for day 3 so try and hang in there, you still have a shot and the fat lady isn't signing.
