Anyone cycling July/August 09?

Soo many BFP's this cycle! Lots of baby dust floating around here, I love it!

I am having my first ER on Sunday!! I have about 24 eggs growing, averaging 18mm. My RE would like them to get to 23mm ish. I guess she likes them bigger when performing ICSI.... Additionally she says my lining looks fabulous! Whoo!

Sooo nervous and excited... I spend soo much time reading everyone's responses on here, such a loving and supportive community!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for your support. Unfortunately, my news is bad. My level was 214 four days ago and was only 548 today. It should have been much higher than that, so they are sure it is the beginning of my miscarriage. They are moving up my sonogram a week to this Monday to see what is in there and if they need to give me that miscarriage pill to finish it off (I forgot the name). My heart us broken and I wish I'd never done this.

Dogzrule: I don't know what to say. I understand precisely your pain (I've lost five angels myself). I know there is little anyone can say to you that can offer much comfort. Still, I hold out hope that this pregnancy is not lost. Perhaps, as someone else mentioned, this could be two, going down to one. Whatever happens know we are all here for you to cry/scream to if you need us. Sending you and DH ((hugs)) and and prayers.

Hi Ladies-

I've been MIA for a while but know that I'm still reading your posts and praying for you all everyday. I'm so busy at work, don't have a lot of time to do much but check e-mails and go to bed.

First- I would like to say congrats to all of the ladies on the board with BFP's and wishing you a very healthy rest of your pregnancy.

Second- (((HUGS))) to all of you have your angels in Heavan waiting on you. My obgyn once told me that don't ever think that I didn't create anthing on earth, even if my embies were short-lived t they were once life and because of that be proud.

Dogz- please don't give up yet, just as Faith says, maybe it was two and now only one. My thoughts are with you and I'm sending a lot of thoughts your way.

Sorry for not doing any other personals, but my workload is very heavy and I must say...this board is HUGE and I really can't keep up

AFM- My FET has offically been scheduled for Friday 10/14. I had B/W and U/S yesterday and linining was 10 and didn't ask about B/W. I start my PIO shots on tomorrow. My transfer is scheuled for early AM and my acupunturist said that she will not be able to be in the office that early (5ish), so I'm going to have to trust her and go the night before the transfer. She said as long as get a treatment within 24 hours of the transfer it will be okay. I've decided to thaw all four 5 day blast and RE will put best 2 back of 3 if 1 very low quality.

I'm going to continue to read your stories as they keep me motivated and hopeful that miracles still happen everyday to everyday people~

Dogz- I am so so sorry. I still have hope for you - and I'll have you in my thoughts when you go for your scan. I know this cycle has been harder on me than my failed cycle earlier this summer, and it breaks my heart to know that someone else is going through this too. Feel free to PM me if you need to vent/worry more privately.

I have been keeping up on eveyone but haven't had much time to post - nor much to report. I saw the RE today and my lining is teriffic and my bloods were ok, so I am all set for a FET next Friday - 8/14. Tangela, we are transfer mates! I am still not sure how many blasts we will transfer. I guess it depends on their quality when they unfreeze. I took my last lupron shot today and start the PIO shots tomorrow. I hate those! Oh well....

To all of you on the 2ww - hang in there!

DOGZ I'll be praying extra extra hard for your embie tonight. I truely hope that you're blessed with a miracle.
You know, they say it takes up to 72 hours to double- so maybe it had just barely doubled at that 3 day mark? And was just slowly going up??

DOGZ I wanted to add that I know a person that was told she was miscarrying her child- she was left in the hospital overnight with a D&C scheduled for the next morning. She prayed all night long that the tear in the sac would repair. When the Dr. came in to perform the procedure he said it wasn't necessary. Mom and baby were doing fine and the sac had fixed itself. It was later discovered that it had ruptured 75 % of the way---the Dr. himself said there was not a single explanation why ti had repaired except for a miracle of God. There is hope in every situation. Please keep your chin up and we'll all be praying.

tangela- I am guessing you meant your transfer was 8/14 (aug 14) right? Are you on estrogen too? Good luck with the pio shots and the acupuncture.

fitz- yay for first lupron shot! I don't see you on our list...remind me again, are you doing an FET or fresh cycle? And what are your dates (stim start/ER?ET) so I can add you.

Hang in there ladies, and just know, miracles do happen. My little girl is proof, and I read about them all the time on these boards. Let me share one of my favorite success articles that a friend posted on another thread...some of you may have seen this story before, it is so heartwarming and should give everyone hope...

We still think it's low for twins? Our U/S is scheduled for a week from next tuesday. This feels a lot more real to me. I'm getting excited- but cautiously.

Menopur mishap


I'm on 150 per night, or two viles.I lost 3 viles. I was using the Q-Cap and squirted out all the fluid with the powder in it twice! Why in the world does this stuff not come ready to go? after crying and freaking out, DH calmed me down and helped me get the 4th and 5th vile mixed and in me. Then we went out for steak. We can always get more, it just felt rediculous to be wasting it and then even more rediculous to be crying about it.... I'm off to bed, hopefully tomorrow night is easier!
