Dogzrule- right now is the most crucial time for you to be positive and to be talking to that embie. let it know how loved it is and that you are praying for him/her to hold on and become stronger. and don't forget to saythat all of us are here pulling for you too. (((HUGS))) and prayers.

Geko- Yes we will be FET mates! My RE is keeping me on Lupron until the day of my transfer, I take my last shot Thursday night and start the PIO tonight. What did your lining measure?

CT- yes, my transfer will be 8/14 I started taking estrogen pills vaginally twice a day on 7/24 and will do so through the transfer. I'm sure you will be very close behind us as I'm claiming "NO MORE DELAYS" for you.

I really appreciate all of your hopeful posts, but there is no hope here. My 1st increase was 148%, the 2nd 98%, and this last one was 60%. It is very clear what is happening here, and it can't be the loss of one. There's no way it was twins with those 1st beta numbers because they were way too low. My heart is shattered. This is so much worse than getting a negative at the start because there was this huge hope. It's all just been ripped away.

To those of you who just got your BFP, I'm so happy for you and wish you all the best. Hugs to all of you.

AFM: I'm a little freaked out by some slightly dark redish bleeding that has occured twice since yesterday. First time last night after a short walk. More redish than the brown spotting in days before and slightly more volume, but then it stopped for the rest of the night. Called my center and they told me to double my progesterone suppositories. More this morning with first pee. Not bright red, more darkish brown with red tinge, and definitely not as heavy as my period....yet.

Nurse last night said basically it could be 3 things, and there is no way to really be sure: #1. Implantation (oh god please), #2. The progesterone, #3. Onset of the dear old witch AF. Said most women don't get their period before the beta, but it happens.

Last thig: yesterday I threw up twice and was downright dizzy during that walk last night (just before my bleeding episode). Today i feel ok.

Does anyone have experience with this? I posted to Ghost also. Thanks ladies. I'm praying extra hard to St Jude, the patron Saint of hopeless cases, things most despaired of. Praying for all of you also, especially you, Dogz

dogz - oh, hon - I'm sorry you are going through this. I can only imagine how hard it is. What exactly did your Re say? I for one am gonig to hang on til Monday for you. Every one develops at a different pace, I'm hoping that your hcg is just rising slowly. I'm so sorry that you are in this position. Try to keep the faith. Thank God that its only today & tom. to get through. I'll keep you in my prayers. ((((((hugs))))))

AFM - This cycle just isnt going well. I went for more b/w & u/s this morning. I hate how the sonographer stops talking / smiling when she scans me, its all over her face that things arent improving or at least quick enough. Today is day 10 of stims, my lining only went up to 6mm, and now they are just seeing 3 follies total. With the largest at only 10mm
I think my doses are already at max - 600 bravelle, 150 menopur, I mean can they even go any higher? but I am feeling like we missed the "window" for growth. I have an extra scan on Mon. Another cycle where I'm the last patient left! Great! I'm just not sure that the follies will make it to 19mm or better in time. As is he will stim me 13-14 days. I feel like I missed the boat..again.

Dogz I know there is nothing we can say to ease your pain, but know that you are in our prayers.

Faith It took me about 2 hours and a call to the nurse to figure out that Menopur. Once you get it, it is easy. Make sure you get the air out of the syringe before you push the Q-cap into the vials. I in the opposite situation as you. I have probably $500 with of meds left over. And that was will insurance paying a good chuck of the cost. W/o that it was probably $2000 reg. price. Why do you have to order so much before you even know what you are going to need? It seems like such a waste of money when I am already paying out the wazoo.

AFM....I just did my ER a few hours ago. Lots of cramping but procedure was quick and pain free. I was there about an hour and half total. Unfortunately we then had to drive an hour and half home and had to pull over for me to get sick. Now I fell better and an going to lay down. Send me some fertilization dust. We had 17 eggs, but with PGD, I worry what we will end up with.

Question??? I am due on Saturday 8/22 for my beta whcih would be 9dp5dt. But I have to wait till Monday for my beta because they are closed on the weekend. Do you all think I can do a HPT that Saturday my beta would be? I don't think I can make it 2 extra days.

I'm not bleeding heavily but it is continuing through the day. It is more red than brown now, but it slows down at times. Usually my AF gets increasingly heavier with no pauses.

The nurse said most women don't get a period before they test but then again, I'm always on the loosing end of the fertility statistics: only 2% have multiple miscarriage, only 10% of women my age should have the level of fragmentation my remainning embies did. Is this just another blow to our baby dream?

I'm scared.

i just came back from ET. we had 4 -8 cell grade (fair ) embryos and doctor suggested to transfer only 2 of them. i'm worried about quality of my embryos if they are good enough or i should transfered all of them???? we also had Assisted Hatching.... because it's my 1 ivf cycle i'm very new and very scared ( and i would to THANK YOU LADIYES for all wishes and support. Baby dust to us all!

julie - I'm so sorry that you're having this extra stress. I read your post to ghost, what did your Re say? Have you asked them for the estradiol? its part of my clinics standard protocol. You are in my thoughts

Lisa10 and Faith: I had the same problem with my Menopur this morning and wasted a bottle, but my dr didnt tell me to use the Q-cap, I just draw out everything with an 18 gauge needle then switch to a 27gauge and then inject. I find it easier that way for me. Lisa10 Fertillization Dust to you. I pray it all goes well, keep the faith.

Hi Ladies,

I had my HCG test today and my RE called a little while ago to tell me it's a BFP! DH and I are very excited! I have to go in on Monday to check my progress. The RE said the HCG is a little lower than he wants it, but he expects to see an increase on Monday. We feel so blessed and continue to pray that all goes well.
