I think its pretty official. I am bleeding heavily and its bright red. AF is here. I took a HPT so DH would let me drown myslf in a extra large bottle of wine and it says "pregnant". Is this a chemical and I'm loosing it?

I wish I could crawl away. I told everyone I was doing this. All I can do is cry....

Julie nurse.... did you call your clinic? Lots of women bleed even if they are pregnant. In fact, on my discharge sheet it specifically says to continue on progesterone even if you are bleeding.

Keeping you in my thoughts & prayers.

Good morning everyone,

just got back from my first check after starting stims, and i am very disappointed to say the least. Exactly 8 days after i started stimming.
Not even one follicle formed. The last 2 times atleast 1 formed the first round and two the 2nd round, but FSH was very high so dr. cancelled the cycle.

Has to continue for another 3days with the meds, next appointment is on wednesday. Dr said he can't increase my dosage because it is the highest im taking.

I am really feeling very low and has given up hope. Don't think 3 days of extra meds will make a difference. Please share some thoughts and idea, and experiences with me. I will really appreciate it!!

To all the BFP, congratulations!!! Everybody else all the best of luck and lots of babydust!!

Cheeky: thanks for that. I really needed it. Anxiously waiting for tomorrow. It is so cruel to make us wait like this after all that we have gone thru but am feeling really good right now. Lots of PMA and taking it one day at a time

Babydust: Hang in there. Those follies do grow when u least expect them to. These meds do work wonders so hang in there. Hoping for the very best for u on the next u/s. Fingers cross for u

Julienurse: I am so sorry for what u are experiencing. I know the worries never end. But like Katie said it is not over until it is over. Wait for the beta girl. Also there are lots of girls who get AF and then wind up to find out they are pg. Sending u lots of positive vibes for tomorrow. Don't stop any meds yet. One more day.

Fait, Ladybug, Iamhopeful: good luck with the u/s and b/w. Doing the grow follies dance for u.

Pathfinder: congrat! Woohoo. another BFP! Can't wait to here u're next beta.

Lisa: congrats on the ER. 17 is awesome. Sending u lots of fertilization dust!

Katie: So sorry to hear that things did not go as well as expected on Saturday. How was u're E2 level? Hang in there hun. U still have some more days of stims and as i said these drugs work wonders. Doing lots of grow follies dance for u and sitting tight like a pretzel. Sending u loads and loads of positive vibes for the next u/s.

Sorry to everyone else i may have missed but getting hard to keep up. Good luck everyone. Lots of baby dust to all! (((((hugs))))

Hey ladies-

Katie-I will be thinking of you and wishing the best. It is so frustrating and hard to stay positive when you don't get good results but I hope that it works out and this is just a glitch in the road.

Dogz-I am so very sorry and my heart goes out to you. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

I have a question: We had to cancel and had a payment plan through ARC. Do you know what I have to do to keep the plan for next cycle and pay for the services for this cycle? Is there paperwork?

Keep the faith!

Wow, what an emotional roller coaster this is.

Had ER on Friday and they got 19 eggs, I kept 10 because I am a split donor.

Of the 10, only 6 were mature and of those 6 only 2 fertilized.

Meanwhile I am in soooooo much pain, it was the worst cramping I had ever had.

Eventhough, 2 is all the doctor said he would implant and the fact I never wanted to freeze any, I was still very scared.

But today they called and said they are grade A and dividing very well.

They will go in my tummy tomorrow.

Hi, I am new to this group but I am 24 and just went through my first IVF, I am currently on my 2WW which has been terrible for me! I have tried talking to my husband and friends but it is just not the same and they have a difficult time understanding what I am going through. I have my blood test on Thursday which has been cause for lots of sleepless nights and stressful days. I have been trying to take it "easy" so all will go well. I found this group and I was hoping maybe to get some advice or help getting throu this time. I have done 4 hpts already but I just want this so badly! I guess thanks for listening!

Hi Everyone--

I'm sorry to read there are so many mixed cycles going on, myself included. We all just have to try and have faith and hope for the best. This is such a frustrating process, but its out of our hands, hang in there!

julie - My heart is breaking for you! I'm not giving up hope til you see your RE. Is that tom? Pease feel free to PM me, if you need to talk
BIG BIG HUGS honey! I'm only an hr north of NYC if you need a shoulder

babydust - I know how you're feeling as I'm right there with ya. I've been scouring other sites for info since yesterday. It seems like follies grow at a rate of 2mm per day after you start menopur, repronex (the meds they start on day 6 or 8 that mature, enlarge the follies) Also if today is day 8 for you they can still stim you for another 6+ days! So dont give up yet! I cant believe that your RE would have you continue if he/ she didnt see the potential for growth. My sonographer will just tell me what she can measure. So I'm sure yours is seeing something, but not measurable yet. I'm not 100% but I believe 10 mm is the measuring point. Please hang in there, you have time left! Hugs & fingers crossed for Wed!

ray of sunshine - How are you doing? I would call them tomorrow morning, just in case. Make sure that you get the office manager so its all smooth when you're ready again - xoxo

babies - thanks! They wont tell me my b/w levels anymore! All they say is "let us worry about it" At first I was upset, then I decided its better for me to sit in the back seat & let them drive (not my personality at all!) but I need to not to be getting worked up everyday. So thanks for the PMA! I'm wishing you the best of luck tomorrow! Cant wait to hear your beta! hugs!

cheeky - How are you doing? Did you have a fab camping trip? I hope so!

ladybug - thanks! good luck tom. with your b/w & u/s!

cressica - YAY for 2 grade A!!!! Good luck with ET!!!

AFM - b/w & u/s tom, I'm still hopeful ...

Lots of PMA to us all!

Julie Nurse: Dont give up. Alot of women bleed when they are pregnantand sometimes they dont even know they are pregnant because they think its AF. You are in my prayers

Babydust2: Just hang in there and continue the 3 days of meds. Anything is possible. Wishing you the best.

Cressicaw: Thats great the embies are doing great. They will do even better in your tummy and will call it home. GL tomorrow with your ET. I pray I get alot of eggs because I have to split them to.

Amandamae: Welcome, Patience dust to you

AFM: I went for my 1st bw/us since i started my stims and the lady said I am stimming away. She said I am responding very well to the meds and have alot of follicles. My E2 level was 533, What does that mean? Im only on day4 of stims. But they said my follicles aren't ready yet so they told me tonight to just do follistim 75 and lupron5u but no menapur. I have to do my menapur in the morning and the dr wants me to come back tomorrow morning for another bw/us. I pray its good news. They really didnt explain much so I got a little nervous but will keep the faith that all goes well. will keep everyone posted after tomorrow's visit.

Katie99: Today when I had my ultrasound the lady said that she is going to be quiet and for me not to take her facial expressions anyway because she was just counting the eggs. I was looking at her face like what is wrong but she told me not to worry she was just concentrating.

Need help

Post by Lisahope67 »

Hi! Yesterday, I took a CBE HPT and received a very faint positive. I was thrilled. I was 10 days post 3 day transfer. This moringing I woke up to take another test and I saw a silver dollar size patch of bright red blood (very thin). I took an HPT and it was negative. There has been no more blood today. By the way, I took a HPT on 9 days post transfer and it was negative so I know the HCG was out of my system when I received the positive test.

Any thoughts???
