I am 8dp3dt... so far I've gotten negative results on my HPT on days 6 & 7. Last time (with my son conceived through IVF) I got a + as early as 6dp3dt. I'm also using a very sensitive HPT (20 mlu/ml).
I'm also having cramps (probably from the progesterone) that I did not have last time, which is why I'm thinking it's negative.
Just wondering when other people started to have +HPTs. I know I should just wait for my beta (in 6 days), but I have a wedding that night & I'd rather know if it was negative sooner than later so I'm not in a bad mood at the wedding.
With dd, my positive hpt came very late, not even a very very faint line until the afternoon of 13dpo (10dp3dt) My hcg was low at beta 2 days later, and we chalked it up to late implantation. Maybe you could call your clinic and ask to do beta a day or 2 early, sounds like your beta is scheduled later than most. Good luck and don't lose hope just yet, anything is possible.

8 days after a day 3 is much too early to be definitive, especially with an HPT. The false negative rate is very high at that point.
Your previous tests were too early to have any chance of seeing it.
