Anyone cycling July/August 09?

I keep reading each day but not much time to post. My RE has changed my dose of Follistim from 125 to 100. I start Ganirelix tonight and my E2 is 1663. I have a good number of follicles on each side. This cycle just feels different for me. I do not remember having side effects from the medicine and my sides hurt. But I keep telling myself it is all worth it in the end.

I want to wish everyone well. Congrats on all the BFP's, keep being patient for those in the 2ww and for those injecting themselves...the ER is not far away.

Hi, I've been reading this forum for about a week now, and finally got the courage to write something.

Like cressicaw I had my transfer today of two 8 cell embryos and am in the 2WW and PUPO group as of today.
They froze my remaining eight 8 cell embryos (but lets hope I wont need them anytime soon).

I am supposed to wait 11 days until the 21 Aug for my Beta, but i have a feeling that I will probably do a HPT end of next week.

So good luck to all you ladies who are waiting for their, baseline, stimulating, retrival, transfers and BETA's.[/u]

ladybug - I am doing the shots. They dont hurt at all but now my bum is starting to get sore.

I was asked when my beta is... Is that my next blood test? If so, it is the 17th. Then another 1 week later.

OK, the clinic finally called & said they think he will stim me for a total of 15! days. That seems like its so long! It needs to be though for the chance of enlarging those other 2 eggs. I really dont want to trigger with only one! Boy, I laugh now when they tell me stay calm! Also I had to push to get my E2 level - its now 177 I 'm worried its still too low! Anyone know about this? So back to clinic Wed. for more b/w & u/s and the best part -I get to Order MORE meds. Wait a minute, didnt I just have MORE meds delivered on Friday? yes, I did! I should think that by now when I call the pharmacy they should just know me by name! heh heh

So I'm still stimming & still hopeful!

babies - OMG!!! you are so blessed! I 'm thinkiing twins !!! Oh boy, now I'm sooo jealous!!! CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!

katie99 - I'm send you lots of patience! I really think that's the hardest thing! Grow follies grow!

Lady J - I'm at InVia Fertility which has a number of offices in the burbs which I really like and they do have good result stats (despite my track record...I'm kinda weird cause they have no idea what isn't working, everything I do is "perfect" yet my results are always negative - I think most places are better when there is something to fix!).

Hope to hear more good news when I check in tomorrow after a long night at work!

If anyone needs a miraculous story here you go.

My husband and I went in this morning for our sono, and we were very upset and trying not to cry. When the picture came up on the screen, THERE IT WAS!!! It is very small because it is so early (I wasn't supposed to go in until next week), but there was the sac, and the little dot inside was the fetal development, the doctor said. We just got our beta number, and it was up from 548 on Friday to 1883!!!! HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE???? I'm numb. I'm in shock. I spent all weekend mourning and crying and sick with grief. I'm scared to feel excited and hopeful only to have something still happen later on. I don't know what tomorrow or Friday or next week or next month will bring, but I know that today brought us a miracle. Praise God!!!

Dogz- isn't that feeling amazing! Wishing you a healthy and smooth pregnancy.

I hope all the women VERY SOON get to experience the joy of seeing it for real on the screen. Keep positive thoughts!

AFM- ER is set for wed. I got my Lupron trigger instructions for tonight. At my us today they measured 25+ mature follicles in each ovary! Holy Crap, that is more than we got with my daughters cycle- which was 35 eggs total 2 mature...but with so many eggs the quality and maturaity level get compromised. It is a freeze all cycle. We will most likely transfer in November- when things are so for us.

Good luck ladies. I am off to take my daughter to play with another IVF kid from our clinic!

Dogz--- I am so HAPPY FOR YOU!!!!! That is amazing! See just goes to show you god works in miraculous ways....Listen to this....

I told you guys I was possibly pregnant with ID twins....I only put in one egg. ONE, thats the only follicle that grew and it made it through the whole fertilization process on its own and then transferred 3 day....and heres my numbers

Beta 1- 8dp3dt 48
Beta 2- 10dp3dt 179
Beta 3- 14dp3dt 1250

Dr said today he thinks that my egg split and I have ID twins...but we will wait for Ultrasound on 08/27. I will be 7 weeks by then. Can you believe this??? We prayed for one single baby and may end of up with TWINS. Its so awesome. I am just blessed.

I wish all of you lots of BFP!

AFM - I started spotting this morning. Nothing major - TMI - light pink and now it has been only brownish. I am trying not to worry because I have read on these boards that this is common and may lead to a pregnancy. I am 11dpo and 6dp5dt - I am too scared to POAS this time. I have to tell you - this 2ww is better than my last time and I believe it is because of all of you great ladies.

Keep the BFP coming!! Babies Great Beta #s - maybe twins?!

JulieNurse - How are you doing today? I am thinking of U and wishing the best for today's results!
