Made up or not, these are the people that make a certain segment of the population out there look at the rest of us like we're freaks when we say we're undergoing fertility treatments, or treat it like something open for general mockery. I can't even tell you the number of people who thought it was appropriate to "joke" about me about my being another "octomom." Just because I had to use ART does not mean that I either want to give birth to a litter of children or that I approve of other people doing so. Like Vicky1707 said, I just want one.
