So I went for my BETA this morning, 14DPO, and the result was 187. The surprising thing thing is that my doctor told me that I don't have to repeat the test on Monday, but to come in two weeks time for an ultrasound.
Michele would you be so kind and add me as a BFP :D

tunieczka - that is awesome, congratulations!

Liana - that is so great, how long did you wait to get to this point?

marisen - I know, I am trying to prepare myself to but anytime I hear bad news I am crying so hard because I want this to work so bad, I keep telling my husband it can't be natural to want something this badly but I just know it will happen. I have seen some women take up to 4 times but is always works in the end!

ladybug - is yours in oil or the ethyl (something, that is what we have), I have no issues with mine, my DH has me ice my butt with an icepack for about 4 minutes while he preapres it and then I dont even feel it going in at all... later it is tender for about 40 minutes then fine. Maybe you sould witch then if it is causing you pain.

dogz - wishing you lots of patience

tryn4#2 - There is a thread I posted on the main board that says "success with 3 day transfer" and there is a lot of positive feedback - you may want to read it... I am 3 days away from my final blood test and I got a BFP on a HPT and I was 3-day.

AFM - We are taking the boat and going scalloping for the weekend, RE said it was fine just be careful, I need something fun to do with my DH so the time flys until Monday.

(((hugs)))) and prayers for all

tunieczka Cogratulations! Let's hope the BFP's keep coming!

AFM...My spotting didn't last long. As I look back w/o panicing it started soon after I did a prog. insert that had a hard time going in. The tablet did not release and I had to try a few times. (TMI!!!) But I think maybe that was what started the spotting.

:?: My beta is due Sunday. Do you think it is too early to do a HPT Saturday morning? It is a good test. One that says test 5 days early, but I know the chances of it being correct go down each day you are early. I know if I get a neg, it may just be too early. But if I get a poss is it really poss? I am dying to wait, but don't want it to be wrong either.

Just when I think this thread cannot get any busier! I am back at work so I thought I would catch up on posts and personals.

Cressicaw, Sportsmom, Tunieczkam mlorfei....CONGRATS ON THE BFP!!!!!!! I am so excited for you girls! here is to a H and H 9 months to ya all! Cannot wait to hear those beta's.

gi~ Good luck in the 2ww. I hope you have lots of fun things planned to keep your mmind off things. Until then, enjoy PUPO!

Marymeganb and lw! OMG!!!! TWINS!!!!! How exciting! Are you over the moon or what??? Good luck to you!

Lisa~ spotting is very normal esp with the porpgesterone supps. As long as there is no severe cramps, I think your chances are as good as anyones. Good luck! Cannot wait to see hat BETA brings for you:)

Dogz~ How are you feeling? Has it sunk in yet?

ladybug~ Good luck in the 2ww....enjoy PUPO!!!!

To anyone else I missed, I am sorry but you are in my thoughts and I am sending good vibes your way!

AFM~ Well my son Sawyer is doing MUCH better. As of last night he was 100% himself. Someone asked, not sure who....he is 15 months old. Right now they only suspect febrile seizures and are hopeful he will outgrow them by age 5. Here is to hoping. It was very scary but all is well. Makes you hold on to what you have that much tighter. Babies you are right....you never stop worrying...not even when they are in your arms. When they come out into this world, you just worry about different things...its a mother's job.....but the best job ever and I hope you all get to experience it! I know you will.

DH and I talked about IVF and maybe we are nuts but we decided to move forward with it. We really do want one more child and we would like to have them before we are 35 and before Sawyer is much older. We decided not to stop living b/c of Sawyer's fever. The reality is that it could be a year, a month or never before he has another. We cannot let time stand still. We are still going on vacation for that reason. Just takes a bit more preparation. I do not want to stop him from having experiences b/c of fear. So I am on day 3 of BCP. I start Luprin 9/2 and go for supression check 9/14.

How long where you all on Lupron for? For some reason I thought it was only 10 days but it looks like I will be on it for 14 days????Is that right?

Wow - this is a great thread for BFPs...and now two sets of twins! Congrats to all! I sure hope I get to join you in a few weeks...

cressica and sportsmom - looking forward to hearing your great beta #s! Hang in there!

marisen - so sorry to hear about the BFN. I know how hard it is. I always give myself a few days to wallow, then figure life does go on. And there are perks to not being pregnant - that's what I always tell myself over a big cup of coffee or a glass of wine. :) Hopefully you can jump right back in and get your BFP soon!

miyaya - what a scare with your son! Glad to hear he is okay now and you are pushing forward! I've always been on the Lupron for at least 14 days. I think the BCPs I only did for 10, then started Lupron.

gi - I'm so glad all went well with the thaw and transfer! Enjoy being PUPO! I'm jealous of the assigned 5 days of rest - though I'm not sure how I wouldn't drive myself nuts! Are you staying sane? Hope the 2ww flys by and you get a fabulous FET BFP!

AFM - went in for my u/s this morning to check my lining...the tech said it was 11mm, which is over 9mm they ultimately look for, so I'm excited for that. Still nervous tho until I get the official message from the office after the doc reviews everything and I get my next set of directions. I'd be really excited to stop the Lupron! Just a break from shots would be nice. Just guess I have to keep busy at work so the day goes by!
Me and DH - 30, perfect

Good morning gals (9:15am in Los Angeles)!
I'm sorry I haven't been on here in about a week and I feel like I missed everything. I can't believe all the twins in this group. Wow! I've been so busy with work and in the midst of the great news that I'm pregnant, I'm having to move my speech therapy office to my house. I'm converting my second garage so I can see clients from my home. It's a great distraction from WORRYING something will go wrong. It still hasn't sunk in yet! I will do personals later when I get a free hour :)
Wishing you ALL the best! :D

Wow! So many BFP's! Maybe this will be the month for me too!
Just got back from my U/S . . . got 6 big follies growing and several more littler ones that hopefully will get big and fat before my ER next week . . . I'm a low responder, so I'm excited that I have 6 =)

this is my IVF #2 and I have to say my shots have a little more bite to them this time around . . . maybe the novelty has worn off, as has the excitement . . . guess I'll have to break out the ice =)

Grow follies grow =)

Hello Ladies,

Congrats to all the new BFP and all those twins!! How exciting.

AFM, I went in this am for baseline before starting stims. I have 2 cysts on my right ovary so I had to wait for my results to come in before I could start my lupron. My E2 was low, which is good at this point. I diluted my lupron and started it today. Tomorrow I start my stims!! I go back in on the 25th to see how those follies are doing. I won't get excited until after that visit. I hope I respond better this time around and that I'm able to complete my cycle this time around without being canceled. Please pray that my follies grow and my E2 goes up as it's supposed to.

Have a great day ladies. Send lots of PMA, baby dust and grow follies grow to all.

ANOTHER BFP!!! Congrats Sportsmom That's a good solid Beta (Mine was just 125 for twins!) So happy for you!

Johannanita: Hope you get good news about continuing on with your cycle

Deftonesmo: Doing the grow follie dance for you!

Tortilla: Glad you've got space to move your business. That will be more comfortable for ya.

Nicole: Good luck! Hope your dr says go for it!

Miaya: I think you're making the right choice. Your son's seizure is no reason to stop your or him from living life! and to answer your question: YES! I'm TOTALLY over the moon right now!!! HAHA, still in that, let's not get too excited/anything can happen stage. However, no matter how much you tell yourself not to get too excited you do anyway.

Deftonesmo: I am in the same boat as you are. Went for ultrasound #2 today and I have 5 follicles and many little ones. I think they are having me come back in this weekend to see my progression. Hopefully the ER next week. Glad to see someone else cycling the same time as me. Keep me updated if you don't mind.

Marisen: So sorry to hear about your BFN. I have had several and it is never easy. Day by day it gets better, but you never seem to stop thinking about it. My thoughts are with you. KTF!!

Congrats to all the new BFP's!!!
