Hey ladies,
So I went to the dr and they switched me to Endometrin suppositories for now. How long before it dissolves? I have to give it 3 times a day but had a late appt so I dont know how I'm going to fit in the 3 today. Should I wait for discharge of the med before inserting another 1? Its kind of scary because its big and I hope it doesnt hurt my chances or make me bleed. They said I can always go back to the shots if I want so maybe i'll just take a break from the shots then when I go back on go to a 1inch instead of 1 1/2inch. Has anyone ever had a BFN and felt it was due to the suppositories? Sorry to be so negative but im a nervous wreck and just want everything to go smoothly. Thx

AFM- Tomorrow is ER day at 8am. I'm very excited and scared. The trigger shot was no big deal at all. DH has a way with needles I guess. I had 12+ mature follies yesterday and a E2 of over 4,000. They put on medication to prevent OHSS, which made me happy because I was worried about that with the number of follies I have and all the small ones as well. I took my nephew who is 3 to the science museum today and enjoyed the DNA exhibit and all the stuff about how it all goes together. Weird that mine and my hubbies DNA will be put together tomorrow!!!

ladybug - the suppositories are JUST as effective as the shot, just less convenient and a LOT messier! 
You won't be able to do all 3 today, but depending on how late in the day it is, you should be able to fit in 2. With my sleep/wake schedule, I do mine about 7 hours apart. You will be fine, promise! Congratulations on all the BFPs this week!!! Yippee! Ladies still in cycle - hang in there!
Well after feeling very discouraged by my cycle, I finally broke down and POAS this morning and saw a faint second line!!!! I was using a First Response which is supposed to detect at least a beta of 25. Could this be real??? I am cautiously excited. I am 8dp5dt and my blood test is tomorrow but there will be no one to read it for me until Monday. I will POAS again on Monday to see if the line is darker. I hope this is it!

Hello ladies,
I'm just catching up with all the post - tons of BFPs!!! I'm so trilled for everyone!!! I will continue to hold everyone in my thoughts and prayers.
Overall, all is well for me. I'm starting to sleep a great deal. By 10pm I'm on my 5th dream, and wow, this is the best sleep ever!! I'm sleeping sooo hard. Love it.
I hope everyone else is doing well.

I too took the progesterone insets 3 times a day. Usually at 8am in the morning, 1 or 2 pm in the afternoon and 9pm in the evening. I stuck to the same time everyday so that I didnt forgot. Also, if you lie down while your inserting it, that helps a great deal (didnt do this in the middle of the day while at work but while at home). I found it was easier to get the insert fully in (like a tapoon) while I was lying on the floor. They were great and actually, after my BFP, my doc took me off of the inserts because my progesterone levels were very good. I didnt need it anymore....so, they work!!! The best thing is to relax although very hard to do. Usually I'm a very anxious person so I did acupuncture this time around and it was a miracle worker. It helped a lot. If you're felling a bit stressed, I'd recommend you look into accupunture.

Took my second HPT this morning. Since I wasn't so nervous this time I watched it. It read pregnant in about 45 seconds. I can't believe it! I tried my for my first IUI in August of 2006. We missed ovulation since the test sticks didn't work for me. So here I am exactly 3 years to the month after we started this whole crazy process and I have a BFP!
God is good!
On a sad note, on the same day I got my BFP I found out my pregnant friend's baby may have a heart defect and possibly downs. She had about 4 miscarriages before this pregnacy and was so excited to make it this far (27 weeks). Please keep her in your prayers. Her name is Jennifer.

I just got home from my ER and they got 14! It was very easy and it was over before I knew it. DH is making me french toast for brunch and I'm going to chill all day and await tomorrow's fertilization report and snooze.
