Hi Ladies,
I've posted other places before but I'm in the wait period myself. My doctor has moved to a 6 day transfer when available and since this is round number 2 and our results were much better, we did pre-genetic screening and with day 6 were able to determine so much more about the quality of my eggs which is my issue. So, we ended up with great results, 2 grade1, xblastocyst and 1 grade1 at a stage I can't recall the name (starts with an m).
But here's my issue. I've been feeling crampy but this morning around 6 I woke up to the most intense cramps so much I broke out in the sweats and felt like I could have passed out. I just called my doctor but am really scared. Anyone have anything at all like this? No spotting and after about 15mins I felt ok, and now just feel slighty crampy again.
Thoughts? I'm pretty freaked out.

School starts tonight for me as a student and it started on Monday for me at my work. Craziest time of the year! I'm with you, the second I buy a pregnancy test, I'm sure I'll be POAS like crazy!
laura- I feel less bloated too. Not sure what it means!
AFM- I'm at work now, have a wedding this afternoon, and class tonight. At least i'm staying busy over this 2ww, but I don't want to overdo it either! This wait is definitely turning me into Jekyll and Hyde too

vivi- I think that spotting is definitely ok and it can even be implantation bleeding which is a good thing. The 2ww is indeed the hardest!

I too am in the midst of the dreaded 2ww. I had my transfer on Monday and take my pregnancy test on 9/4.
I have had a bit of a hard time. I developed a urinary tract infection (1st one ever) right after the retrieval and they had to put me on antibiotics -- very painful. I am also quite bloated and crampy.
This is my 2nd fresh IVF cycle and I had 1 frozen. The frozen one ended in a positive pregnancy test, but it ended after about 10 days.
Both the negative 1st cycle and the positive 2nd cycle I had cramping throughout. I'm scared this will end up the same way.
This time I went through genetic screening on day 3 so I knew I was transferring only a genetically sound embryo (as far as they can tell). This will hopefully give me a better chance of success. I hope!

Welcome chicago! That is no fun that you got a UTI- I hope it's better now- just what you needed- yet another med to take, right??!! That's definitely good that you did the genetic screening- I'm sure that will help your chances. I have had cramps off and on during the 2ww- you just never know withe the symptoms whether they're good or not- this is the worst! Hang in there!

Hey ladies,
Thanks a mil for all your best wishs, i couldnt sleeep last night so i used 2 tests at 6am - line definately darker and 2nd digital test says "pregnant" i woke j up and told him he was in complete and utter shock (i didnt tell him yesterday just in case). Obviously we are threading very carefully as very early days and anything can happen but for now extremely happy we have been given some hope and i pray my little baby/ies are fighters.
The cramping is subsiding but have lots of pulling sensations and sore bb's but assuming its the progesterone. I am the opposite of some of ye - we dont do betas and supposed to test 16days after transfer and for all my bfn's i didnt test early and now for my 2 bfp's i cheated early, i will continue to test until day 16 so fingers crossed, me heart does be in me mouth everytime i go too the loo!!!
Chicago i always cramp during 2ww which drives me nuts!! Sorry to hear you are not feeling well

So I stopped spotting yesturday and had my 1st beta today and its a BFP!!!! My beta was 229. I go for my 2nd beta on tues. Pray we all get our BFPs. I will keep you all posted.

Hope you other ladies are hanging in there. I'm reaching my breaking point, probably because tomorrow is my test date. I'm getting so emotional today. I just hope and pray with all my <3 that this is our turn for our miracle. Laura: I bought HPT to take after I do the blood test tomorrow too. Not sure whether I will chicken out and not take it but I have it. Ugh I just am hoping that this isn't progesterone way of playing evil tricks with my mind!!!!
I am praying regularly for everyone on here and hope that anxiety and nerves aren't getting the best of us. Wish me luck tomorrow!!!
