HSG dangerous when spotting/bleeding...

Post by amysbabies »

I went to get my HSG done yesterday and when I was changing into my gown I noticed some light spotting so I told the dr... he said that he couldn't do the procedure because doing an HSG while spotting or bleeding can be dangerous and leave permanent damage like severe endometriosis. So he told me to reschedule and if I keep spotting then he doesn't recommend that I do this test.

Has this happened to anyone ?
