Hi ladies -

How are you all doing today? I'm so grateful that fed ex came early! It always seems as soon as you know you have to wait for them is when you start wanting to be anywhere but home. So more meds in a box. I now have a total of 84 vials of bravelle!, 8 inj of ganerelix, 12 menopur. It never fails to amaze me that all of this is to be used in a 14 day span. At least I'm back in the game. And it WILL work this time!

mjay -Sorry to hear about your symptoms, but OHSS symptoms return with Pregnancy!!!

wolffie - you are getting so close now! You must be getting excited!

shelby - I dont think so about travel nrsg. I'd be perfectly happy in a Dr's office with normal hrs! any lab news yet?

ray of sunshine - thanks! GL with your baseline tomorrow! Fingers crossed for us low responders! Its true, once you're cancelled you are so much more nervous that it will happen to you again, but this will be our time! and yes, leftover meds are great for your pocket!

johannanita - Hoping that it went well for you & that you have many healthy follies! Cant wait for the fert report! rest up!

lady j - Wow! so fast. wishing you good luck with your FET!

sangria - Hey, we will all take as much help as we can get! thanks

dtao - any news? fingers still crossed!

cheeky - how's it going for you? PMA!

Hugs & PMA to us all!! xoxo

Hello Ladies!!!

I'm back and doing very well!!! So excited.

Wolffie - That is the outcome I'm hoping for. I want to shut her up so bad! I already told DH that I won't be going over there until after our 2ww. I can stay away that long. They live 15 mins away but we don't go over there every weekend so I'll be able to do it.

Sangria - I want one of those dolls!!! Of course it MUST work!! I think that's so funny. You do need to post a picture of it. What protocal are you on? I was on follistim and menopur and that burns a little. I would pinch and stick. It's not so bad. When you think of the possible out come, you just don't care.

Lady_J - That is a great idea! I think that would be just as effective if we got to rub the picture. lol

Kattie - It will work this time!! GL on ur cycle.

AFM, I feel great!! I went in this am for my ER. It wasn't bad at all. I was pretty alert right away and I might have been in recovery for about 1/2 hr. They were able to retrive 8 eggs!!! I couldn't believe it. DH said that was the first thing I asked when they wheeled me out. I had to ask the nurse again because I didn't think he heard correctly. I'm super excited because I only had 6 follies last time I asked during u/s. So this is my little victory for today. They'll call me tomorrow to let me know how many fert. So now we have to pray that I get a good fert report tomorrow. The 3 day trans is Saturday. Couldn't have worked out more perfectly because I can rest during the holiday.

Well ladies, I'm going to go lay down now and get some rest. TTYL!

katie99 - I just got the fedex memo that my meds are waiting for me on the front porch. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait on them and I really didn't want to have them shipped to the office!

sangria - I hope that candle works! You need to post a pic!

shelby - Are you still letting the boys do your shots? :)

all - hope you are doing well! good luck with stimming and transfer to those ahead of me!!

AFM - Yesterday morning, DH gave me the lupron shot and I actually bled a little bit afterward. It didn't hurt, but much to my surprise, I went to take a shower that night and had a quarter-sized spotty bruise on my stomach where the shot went in! Not painful, but I was wondering if it was related to the bleeding from that morning? Has this happened to anyone else? This didn't happen to me at all in my last cycle, so it kind of freaked us out. DH even went back to watch the instructional shot videos last night! My meds are being delivered today and my suppression check is scheduled for Tuesday. Still having some headaches but remaining relatively not stressed this time.

jonannanita - hooray! 8 eggies!!! cant wait to hear fert tomorrow!!

statsgoddess - What?! they would leave meds on porch?! without a signature?! What if it started pouring rain? I live in the country also, but they'd never just leave them here. Dont worry about lupron bruise, sometimes you just hit a tiny blood vessel, its fine. How are the teens anyway? hopefully at their mom's!

neffi - You, j&c & myself will all be close on schedule, last week of sept!

michele -how's it going with you?

I have been reading the posts on this website board the past few weeks but have been very cautious about joining unti I got the ok that I was going ahead with IVF this cycle. I had been put on BCP 2 1/2 weeks ago and started spotting on them (this was the main reason I started seeking fertility treatments to begin with) so they wanted to run bloodwork to make sure everything was ok!! But I got the call yesterday that I was going ahead as planned and I begin Lupron on September 5th and my FSH injections on the 11th!!!

This is my first cycle with IVF and this board has been very helpful with hearing what you ladies are going through. I look forward to us going through this journey together!

Rayofsunshine – You must have the patience of Job to teach 2nd graders. Good for you! Good luck on your baseline tomorrow. I had mine today.

Johannanita – Great egg count! Wishing for 100% fert. rate! I felt great after mine, too. It’ll be even better after the swelling goes down! Glad you get to avoid possible conflict/controversy during 2ww. That will be better for you. Things are working out for a reason….you’re gonna be pregnant in 3 days! Woohoo!

Fitzjr – YYYYIIIIPPPPPEEEEEEE!!!!!! PUPO!!!

Michele – I’m going to love being a stay @ home mom, too (DH id looking forward to being a stay @ home dad). DH and I will just take turns tending to the baby(ies) when they need something. We are going to make the office the bedroom for a while so we can monitor closely.

Wolffie – Right now I’m just dealing with these darn headaches! The season changing has a lot to do with it, but the normal things I try aren’t doing the trick. I’ll be so glad to get off the Lupron!

Kiwi – I start stims on 9/5. Did you get my PM?

Sangria – Love the doll! Sending good vibes to everyone! I never have to use a band aid for the Lupron. The PIO is another story!

Lady J – Great news on the lining! Already got those embies a happy place to snuggle in!

Katie – I’m happy to be home now too. DH and I may do some traveling later (like, in 18 years!). We have a fifth wheel camper that we’ll take and it’ll be fun to jump from place to place and do new things.

Dtao – Still got you on mind, girl!

Stats – I got my antibiotics, PIO, and hCG trigger from Fed-ex today, too. Yes, ma’am the boys still give me my shots. As a matter of fact, they have to REMIND me to take them! It’ll be 9pm before I realize it and they ask me, ‘have you taken your shot?’ I have a bruise on my left tummy to match yours. Amazing that a small amt. of blood can cause that much discoloration. Totally normal!

Neffi –Awesome! I wish I could go to bed @ 9……. What meds are you on again?

Mjay – OMG! Good luck tomorrow! I hope you feel 100% better.

Claud662 – WELCOME! So glad you decided to join us! As you have read, the injections can be intimidating @ first, but you will get the hang of it. Most of them really aren’t that bad. Welcome aboard!

AFM – Got my lab results and my e2 is 49.5, Progest. <0.2, and LH 1.37. They said that I am good to start stims on Saturday. I was kinda worried because I saw a dominant follicle on the left side today, but I guess it’s not causing any trouble. I already have 5 follicles on each side! I hope we get some good quality this time!

Thanks for the welcomes!! My last cycle back in June I actually did injections with IUI and unfortunately had a chemical pregnancy and then had to wait until my HSG numbers went back down so I am VERY excited to start this cycle again!! The injections were definitely not as bad as I thought they would be, but I'm a little nervous for the progesterone shots in the butt!!

I am also attempting acupuncture this time around. Has anyone done this? I found this place by me that is relatively cheap-$55 a session!!!

OMG I think I'm pregnant!

Beta was 21 from yesterday. I was so so scared to find out, so yesterday I already told the nurse not to call me with the news. I finally called after I got home and made myself comfortable in my own house in case I had to cry... and she told me it was 21!

I go in tomorrow for second beta, and we're keeping everything crossed that number shoots through the roof.

By the way, it's my 2 year anniversay today, so we got a really good present. =) DH is coming home to make me dinner and we get to try not to think too much about me being pregnant. I'm really afraid that something bad may still happen, but I don't know if I can keep this a secret for long!
