Please just give it to me straight. Has anyone ever heard of lower back pain (feels like period cramps -- exactly like when I get my period) this late after transfer?
My breasts are slightly sore -- actually they were more sore and swollen right after the transfer than they are now.
The back pain seems to get worse when I am up on my feet and doing housework.
This is my 3rd ET and I just feel like here I go again.
I had the genetic screening done on day 3 which was supposed to help my chances, but I have a bad feeling with these cramps.
Any advice, straight talk or reassurance would be appreciated!

I doubt these cramps indicate anything either way. Cramps are a common side effect of progesterone. You are very likely taking progesterone. You probably also have rapidly changing progesterone levels as your corpora lutea slowed production of progesterone and then, perhaps, resumed production if stimulated with hCG from an early pregnancy. Maybe.
I've seen patients swear they could not possibly be pregnant, who were pregnant and are mothers now.
Best of luck.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
