Hey ladies! I hope all is well:) Has anyone felt movement yet? I don't expect to until closer to 19/20 wks, but that seems to be the first ? people r asking; so it is on my mind. Ican't wait to feel my babies!

Hi Faith,

I think I feel some slight movement and it lasts for few seconds..I am not sure if it is the baby though...I can't wait to feel more movement as well...

My next scan is in three weeks and DH and I are waiting to see the sex of baby..DH has so many plans for shopping:-)

I am OK except for the Thrush (yeast infection) that has lasted for so long..

Hope all the ladies are feeling better..the thread has been quiet..

Good Morning Ladies,
I hope everyone is feeling good and glowing. We had our OB appt yesterday and wow I gained 6lbs easing up on carbs but my guilt comes from milk I cant seem to get enough of it I havent gained anything until now so I well then made up for lost lbs. I have felt little movements and its the most ultimate feeling in the world I feel like I am on roller coaster when it happens my whole stomache turns. Has anyone bought baby stuff yet? I cant wait to start shopping. Our u/s is Sep 8 and I almost have DH talked in to finding out the sex I want boy he wants girl so well see. Anyone in maternity clothes I have bought a couple pairs of pants to grow into but thats about it so far. Anyone have names yet if it a girl annabella diane and we cant get common ground for a boy he has the most off the wall names I have heard of but hes trying. well ladies I am off to work hope to talk soon.

Hope everyone is good. We had our sonogram today.

A GIRL and a BOY!!!!!

They are both great both are about 10oz. We are very excited. their names Anneblle Guadalupe and Octavus Ignacio. I really thought it was going to be 2 girls we both wanted one of each because these are our only children. So we got what we wanted.

I am already in materity clothes and i can feel the babies move here and there not all the time.

So great to hear how everyone is doing!! Up until this week I had felt the baby move about 2 times. Last night and today, i have felt him a bunch though. Its such a weird feeling but its amazing! It makes me all the more curious about what he looks like and what he will be like. (i am thinking hyper by all the movement
We go on monday for another sonogram. This is just the 18-20 wk anatomy scan. I am going to have them confirm the sex since I have done a little shopping. And b/c I want to finalize my registry.
And amfmbaby, i am jealous to hear that you aren't in maternity clothes yet. I have been in them for a couple weeks. Nothing fits. I haven't gained much but my belly is really showing. Showing enough that strangers are commenting. Its all in my belly though so I am not concerned.

I am still waiting to know the sex.. The scan is on the 16th of Sep..

I am feeling the baby as well. I bought a prenatal heart monitor but can't hear anything much..I guess I have to wait for atleat a couple of weeks..There were mixed reviews about this monitor..

I have been in maternity clothes for ages and my bump is really starting to show.. Am still quite excited..I also have back ache at the moment.

Good Morning Mommies!

Faith Have you felt movement yet? My little guy is kicking away the next karate kid lol.

Dixie I have jumped on the wagon I can no longer button zip or even think of squeezing into my clothes my bump has grown overnight or so it seems. How was your 20wk scan?

Sita I hope you get what your hoping for at todays scan

Christie wow one of each you and faith get to experience both worlds at the same time are you doing one nursery or 2

Ok ladies I have bought a couple of things(little outfits) but the grandmas have gone nuts and I still feel a little cautious when do you all plan on starting your nursery?

AFM the cake thing was cute but they didnt get it took alot of coaxing my mom (It's blue inside does that mean its mint?)lol DH mom (oh it's all different colors) we only used blue but it is a cute memory we will have for life but next time I think we will make a big banner instead.
I assume my 20wk went well the tech didnt share anything other than the cute stuff my next ob appt is tues 22nd and will know then I guess no news is good the baby was 10inches @20wks wow I kept thinking small I advise holding tape measure to belly it amazed me well mommies take care and hope to hear from you all soon.

We just got back after our long awaited scan.. It is a GIRL !!

Everything seemed normal and that was most important. We are both very happy....

Thanks for the wishes Mandy. Yes I agree, my mum has also gone wild with the shopping. She is thrilled as he other grandchild (my brother's kid) is a boy..

Hi all!
I had my 20 wk check up this week- both babies are doing great! Each weigh 14 oz- I have already gained 18 lbs! My belly looks like a singleton 7 month pregnant. I will be huge when this is all over:) Oh well- it is all worth it; can't wait to meet my little sweeties!

I have to see my High Risk OB every 2 wks now instead of every 4 b/c baby A (boy) has too much amniotic fluid. Baby B (girl) has just the right amount, so nothing to worry about w/ her. From what my OB says an excess of A-fluid can cause pre term labor, so they want to keep a close eye on me & my cervix. Anyone else familiar with this situation? Any feedback is welcome. I'm not too worried right now, but DH is ~even thought OB did not seemed overly concerned, just conservative in wanting to see me more often.

I have started to feel some movement; mainly from Baby A (boy) b/c baby B (girl)'s placenta is on top adding an extra layer which cushions the movements to where I don't feel them.

Hope everyone is doing well- it seems so by reading the boards, BTW I know I have been slow in posting, I see I am not the only one:)

Anyone decorated the nursery yet? Decided names?
