small yolk sac

Hi Everyone,

I am 6w5d and had my first ultrasound today. Embryo is measuring right on target at 6w5d and there is a heartbeat. However, the yolk sac is measuring a week behind. RE has me coming back next week for another check, but obviously I am not feeling very good about this. Has anybody here experienced this?
Me - 35 PCOS
DH - 36 Low counts
