Ghost -Question about E2 levels

I am a low responder on Day 12 of stims (Menopur only EPP). My E2 numbers are as follows: Day 6 – 28, Day 10 – 285, Day 12 – 204. I have 3 follies: 14, 12 and 11. The drop in E2 does not make sense to me, unless I am getting ready to ovulate on my own. Do you think this cycle is still salvageable? I am starting Ganerilix tonight and won’t be back for u/s until Thursday.

A drop in E2 is not considered a good sign.

This is much later than we normally would start ganirelix. We never do the EPP.

Thanks Ghost - I started Ganerelix the same time in my last cycle. when one follie was 14, but my E2 numbers were consistently going up last time. I guess time will tell with this one.
