Hi Tracey

Charlotte Emily appoves highly of your choice of name. She says that Mummy would have called her Emily Charlotte but Daddy was a spoilsport and wouldn't let her.

Hope you're not going to name both of your two after my two!!!

So pleased for you,

Good luck for the rest of your time.

Wow!!!! You must be so happy now. I hope that the next 20 weeks (maybe not quite that long  ) allow you to put your feet up as much as possible and relax and enjoy.

Glad to hear your girls are charming the men already - maybe we will have to get my boys and your girls together some time ......

Well done you and enjoy your spending spree!

LOL Helen, Max & Harvey

PS - I love the name - SO cute

How funny - din't realize Emily was Charlotte's middle name - DH wanted it the other way round but I put my foot down - HARD!!!!!!!!!! Still deliberating over the other one.......... Think Daniel might be strange for a girl but I like Daniella - DH is pulling faces about it so not sure get my way twice.

Lizzy - how lovely to hear from you - how is Kitty - well I presume and growing - I do miss our little chats.

Helen - I was going to drop you an email - t hink I still will - have some twinnie questions - need to ask Jules too! Traci said MAx and HArvey are gorgeous - the photo you sent confirmed it!

Di - if you page up you will see one name is chosen - the other to come - hope all well with you.

Alison - glad you are well too - miss our chats too - how are you?

Nicky - where on earth have you been - how are you - sort out DH for goodness sake - we never hear from you!
Love to all

I'm sure that you're not going to use Daniel's second name, Tracey. He's named Daniel Zinzan after a New Zealand rugby player.

I've been up to the hospital today for blood tests because I don't think I've been ovulating regularly for a few months. It's really weird taking my ICSI babies with me to have fertility blood tests. Mind you I suppose I'll have to take them with me when I start seeing the gynaecologist (no-one to look after them), which will be VERY odd.

FAntastic Rugby player though!!!
Blood tests? Can I take it you have managed to save a little money even with those two? I will watch with interest. If you lived closer I would offer to look after them - get in practice.
Stupid question - Gina Ford - hve you read the book? It only has two pages on twin feeding and that is around 6 weeks - I know it is all different and depends on when they are born etc but what did you do for feeds. I stilll want to apply her principles if I can or at least some of them (if I diid all I would never leave the house!) and try and get them fed during the day as much as possible so as not to be up all night!!!!!!!!!

Hi Tracey

Thanks for the offer of babysitting, but I think my two 'terrible twos' may put you off!

We should shortly have the money for ICSI - sadly my Nana in Leicester died last week and I know she'd be thrilled for us to use her money for treatment. Bless her, she kept on offering to help us out during our first cycle, even though her only income was her state pension! But I still don't think treatment will happen for a while 'cos we still don't know what's happening with DH's job and moving.

I've never looked at Gina Ford's books after taking an instant dislike to the theory behind her ideas. We got into a rough routine anyway pretty quickly without following any guidelines; I think with twins because you have to be organised, these things sort themselves. We were probably into 3 hourly feeds from about 3 or 4 weeks old and I was lucky that Charlotte slept through from 6 weeks. I know that quite a few people on www.twinsclub.co.uk forums have used Gina Ford so you could either search their forums or post a question there.

Take care.

Thanks for that - have to agree with you on some of Gina - think I will wait and see and try and get them in some sort of routine (?) for the day and hope that the night they will want to sleep a little more??!!!

Sorry about your Nana - I thought it was her that lived in Leicester - remember you saying you used to pop up. I am sure you are right - she would be thrillled at it being used for a sibling or ten (?) for your twins - how sad though she won't be here in person only in spirit. Good luck with the job situation - Stoke still on the cards?

Take care
