Hi girls -
Well I trigger tonight at 8:30!! ER is Monday at 8:00!! I cant sit still, I'm so excited! I think my heart was in my throat til the u/s this morning. But the same sonographer scans me each time, so she said there are still only 5 follies, but they are "perfect" she also said that these were the best she has ever seen from me & that they look like "a young girl's" Even if she was just buttering me up, who cares! I left on cloud 9 instead of the usual driving home half in tears! Even my DH is excited this time! My lining is at 8 & still has a triple stripe. This is the best shot at this we've had so far. I think I can give in & be hopeful again!!

Mayla Thanks for the instructions. I am so nervous to do the shots this time. But I got a rash from the suppositories so I guess this is better. A minute and it's done.
Karling We have some medical issues in our family, none that PGD tests for, but we figured it couldn't hurt. Also once we decided to do IVF, we figured we could also know the gender with PGD and have a boy for our last child since we have 2 daughters. We tested 12 chromosomes. One high quality embie had trisomy 18 which freaked to RE. He said if I do fresh again, he wants us to PGD all the chromosomes. (We aren't doing anymore fresh however due to $ so it's a mute point.) Besides this month's FET is going to work and I won't need to do anymore!!!!
Kiwi and Shelby Your really going to hate me. When I had my ET, I laid around for about 6 hours, then went to a wedding rehearsal and dinner. The next day I was a bridesmaid in a wedding. (No dancing and a lot of sitting around.) My RE just recommends "couch potatoing" for 1 to 2 days. He OKed the wedding, but said to take it easy. Now my last cycle got a FBN so I wouldn't recommend what I did. This time I plan on laying around for 2 days and doing nothing. I can't wait!!!!
AFM...I went to the dollar store today for party decorations. I saw the HPT's and just about bust out laughing. All I could think about was all the posts about you all using them. I was tempted to pick some up...but I am not going to do any this time. I promise!!! Well I promise now, when I'm not on the 2ww.

Lisa - No worries. My clinic just said take it easy the day of transfer and"light duty" for the 2 days after that. I tend to take things a little farther and be a little more cautious. Plus, I think DH likes to have the household responsibilites every now and then. He knows it makes me happy to have a clean house, the laundry done, etc. He's so great!

Johanna-thanks for the prayers! It is pretty nice here. It is in the 80 and low 90's. A nice adjustment from the snow we were having in Colorado when I left.

syanna-no worries about the air bubbles. we often have little ones. The only thing to be careful about is the measurment is not as accurate with a bubble. BTW..DH usually stands for Dear Husband not Damn Husband...LMAO!

kiwi and shelby-rumor has it that the drs here want me on bed rest for a week!! But, i will find out for sure later on. But, I do kind of look forward to it.
AFM-i took the stims kinda late b/c i was getting my hair done(10 pm). i dyed it back to my original color....just in case.
I had to get the meds by myself today and the pharmasist didnt speak english and nothing is wheelchair accessable so my husband couldnt translate. everything worked out fine and I was happy to find that the gonal f was $550 for a week supply at 150IU. Wooo hooo! I have been really tired...I actually slept 16 hours last night (10pm-4pm). I have never done that before in my life. I think the time change has messed me up...and maybe the lupron. Im trying my best to pretend this is a vacation and eat yummy foods (although, i have no appitite...thanks lupron!) and do some site seeing.
Im really sad our backup plan has been veto'd. It turns out that Serbian governement does not allow donor sperm to be used. We were hoping to use BIL's sperm, if needed, but it would have to be done in the U.S.
Well, lets just hope plan B will not have to be enacted.

Thank you all for your support and kind words-I am feeling much better today and trying to stay positive for the IUI. It's hard b/c we've been through three with negative results. I am hoping this is the time ;)

Kala-I'm glad things are working out so far. You deserve the long sleep-I can't imagine the drastic time change, weather change, and life changes you are going through.

Wolffie- we are not getting paid to do it unfortunately, no perks just a simple interview at my house and the footage at the Dr.'s office. Our payment is in the form of satisfaction of the possibility of helping others like us!

i'm preggo!!! i had my 1st beta today. i was out all day because i knew if i was home the day would be feel like eternity waiting for that phone to ring with the results. my dh called me when the nurse called & told me to come home. i'm going to be a mommy is what the nurse said! my dh doesn't remember what the hcg levels were, but he said that the nurse said it was ideal. my progesterone number was 17, so they upped my pio shots to 1.5 cc's. i go back for my 2nd beta monday & i'll be able to see how the hcg & progesterone levels are doing. i'm so happy...i can't even put it into words. sending baby dust to all of you strong ladies out there! thank you so much for everyone's support & encouragement!
moorebaby - YAY!!! Congrats MAMA!!!!!! What fabulous news!!!!! I'm sending you lots of beta doubling dust!! I hope you and dh are celebrating!

OK all here is a question, are any of you on "pelvic rest" in other words - no sex, no orgasms and no strenuous exercise?
I am untill the first u/s at least where they find a heartbeat. But today during my nap I think I had an orgasm and woke up in cramping pain, no bleeding but I'm freaking out! any suggestions?
