Hi ladies. I haven't posted since my negative BETA... mainly because I've been a wreck. I'm trying to stay positive and focused, but I felt like I deserved some time to grieve, too. My DH has been so amazing and I thank GOD for him everyday. I don't know how I would have gotten through without him. On a better note, we have talked to our docs and are going to try again right away. I am broke ...both emotionally and financially -- but, feel it's worth it to just go again. I want you ladies to know that your thoughts, prayers and well wishes have also been a blessing to me. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You. You are an amazing group of wonderful women. Just think about all of the ladies out there that are lucky enough to NOT have to deal with this. Just a few personals...

MLB... nice to have you on here... best of luck during this wait and with the results at the end of the wait.

Michelle ... hold out hope. Stay positive. It's going to work out for you.

Stlgirl ... I know how you feel. I just had a negative and I feel absolutely heartbroken. It doesn't seem fair, but we have to remember that OUR time WILL come. I know what you are going through and I hope you find peace and hold on to the blessings that you DO have. That is what I am trying to do.

To everyone else.... Congrats to those with positive HPTs! All my support to those ladies still stimming and those who are in the dreaded 2ww.
My prayers and thanks are with all of you.

Michaelajt73 - Welcome! So excited to have you join us. You will find tons of support and answers to any questions you may have here. As for feeling symptoms, I had a 5dt with a fresh cycle and I just started having a "tight" feeling a couple of days a ago and you are only a few days behind me. Just keep in mind that some ladies won't have any symptoms so don't get discouraged if that is the case. I couldn't even tell you 100% if what I am feeling is even related. Sometimes I think you want something so badly that things start to 'appear'. I did that on my first try that ended up being a BFN. But keep up the hope and try not to put your hair out during the 2ww! When is your beta?

Marya - That's awsome that you are able to jump right back in! My RE once made the comment that back to back cycles can be more successful because your body is already 'prepared'. Good Luck!!!! What trigger did you use last time? Sorry that I don't remember, but did you have any frosties left?

I used Ovidrel. I was on Gonal-F and Menapure only. My RE says this time he is going to include Lupron. Thoughts?

Marya - My first fresh cycle that was a BFN was Follistim and Ganirelix. This time he used Follistim and Lupron on me and I believe it has worked :). Unfortunately this procedure can sometimes be a 'trial and error' process. Just keep your PMA up and it will happen before you know it!

Ladies, I have to get some work done today so I will check back in later this evening. Take care and good luck to all!

Oh girls, morning is here and so it what looks like a negative hpt. I guess yesterdays invisible line was just a figment of my imagination. My symptoms I thought I had also seem to be subsiding. Yes, it is still early, but not that early anymore. So I will probably do another one (or two) later today, but of course I am holding out big hope for tomorrow and friday. Well, at least it was nice to think it might have worked even for just a day.

MLB (Melissa)- Hey girl! What's up? That is crazy our betas are on the same day, even though mine was supposed to be on saturday and since the clinic is closed I got bumped to monday. So your transfer was probably a couple days after mine if monday is your "real" date. Did you do an FET or a fresh? Did you have frosties from your successful cycle? How the baby? Over a year now? Crazy that we meet again! Good luck to you and I am praying for a sibling for your little miracle.

Good morning everyone!

Shelby- That's wonderful news! Congrats to you MOMMA!

CT Michele- don't give up. PMA!! That line will be back and be darker than ever!

Kala- You made me laugh! However, AF didn't arrive this morning. :( Are you sure you sent it?

Marya- so happy that you are going to try again right away. My last cycle was gonal f and menopure also, but it was canceled since I was only producing 1 follie. My RE is only changing the part with the BCP and Estrace. Let's hope this is our cycle!

Tons of baby dust to us all!!

Katie - Do you get another report before Thursday or do you find out everything when you get there? We had a report the day before transfer, but that was because they left a vague message informing us of the 3-day transfer in the first place and we had some questions. We figure for the money we are paying them, they can take the time to answer any questions we have, so DH called and made one of the IVF nurses go out to the lab TWICE to ask questions (which is how we found out the 4th had fertilized in the first place). Thanks for asking about the girls...it's been somewhat less dramatic...the 17-year-old got into a big arguement with DH a while back and hasn't come over for a weekend in a couple months. The good news is that means the younger one has been sleeping upstairs and not on the couch (without any arguements about making her sleep in her own room), although DH has not yet taken down that bed in her room, so we still have one room that nobody uses. I'm not going to say anything right now unless the couch issue comes back up. This should all work itself out in the next 6 months, when the oldest graduates high school and won't be coming over anymore anyway. Until then, I am just trying to bite my tongue and wait it out.

AFM - Well, my progesterone level came back at 29 yesterday. They said they liked it over 30, but not to worry, a pregnancy can be sustained at 10 or 12, so I was fine. They did up me to 1.5cc of PIO each night, which is really no big deal. It makes me sleepy, so I've been sleeping great every night, which I love! Still no symptoms and feeling pretty good...6dp3dt...still resisting the urge to buy any HPT's... :)

Thanks everyone...I know I know...pma! But I am just nervous, I really want this to work, it might be our last chance. And now I am nervous reading stats post. My progesterone was only 5.1 the other day, and I thought I remember them saying they wanted over 10 last ivf, but they wouldn't say that this time. They told me it was fine and to continue what I was doing. Ugh!

Hey ladies. I'm still stimming. Tonight will make the 7th night of shots. Tomorrow I go for another u/s and blood. Right ovaries has double the amount of follies (10-12)...with the largest one being 11mm as of yesterday. Doctor said slow and steady is fine. Better than overstimulation! So I'm hanging in there. Trying not to worry and do some light yoga/exercise. Definitely can feel things happening where the ovaries are...a bit more bloated and twitch like feeling here and there. Sending good energy to all!

Hi everyone -

I'm trying to not get all worked up about ET tomorrow. funny thing though, what I'm stressing I know is totally irrational! I remember from the last time that ET is so quick, then right away you're suppossed to get up & pee. I remember feeling like I was going to explode, but being so afraid to get up & hover over the seat. Yes, I AM losing my mind, I know!
I do understand that they wont just "fall out" but I cant shake that fear part! Its probably just the idea that this is the last try for awhile. Plus only having 2 to work with. I wanted snowbabies so bad, to me they are like insurance, plus how great would it be to not have to stim again? Well, I'll just spend the day hoping that tomorrow morning the RE will say that they are both 8 cell & little fragmentation. I can only hope & pray so much. We'll see in less than 24 hrs!

wolffie -slow typing or not, theres is NOTHING I'd love more than to join you on the preg boards! Eeek! now i'm nervous!

j & c -I've got everything crossed that they trigger you today! I can imagine how uncomfortable you are feeling! You're so close now!

shelby -I'm so excited for you! Will they bump up your beta since you keep testing positive?

marya -I think its great that you are ready to jump in again! I just did back to back cycles, my RE feels the same way & I have to agree since I actually made it to ER & ET this cycle. Crossed for you!

michele -I hate to see you torturing yourself! I thought that it was through you that I heard that FET are known to be "late implanters"? I'm praying that your line appears soon!

stats -thanks! No, they told that before ET tom. RE will tell their grade & cell count. Of course now you'have me wondering if the 3rd one magically caught up! I'm so glad to hear that things have been better with the teens. I remember how stressed that had gotten you, to delay a cycle because of their visit. You deserve a crown for your patience! Hooray for P4 at 29! I smell sucess!!!

kala -I'm sorry that you had such a rough pap! oh, what we have to go through with this! Hugs & patience dust to you!

karen -Grow follies grow!

Loads of PMA to us all!! - xoxo
