Michelle;
I wish I could say something to make you feel better. I am so sorry you are down. I am thinking of you.
AFM....FINALLY! I am triggering tonight for a 7:30am ER on monday. I cant wait. I am starting OHSS again and I am so uncomfortable. My abdomen is so swollen I look like I swollowed a watermelon. MY RE has a new protocol for OHSS which involves taking antagon after ER. I hope this works cause I dont know if I can continue if everytime I am stimmimg I am going to get severe OHSS. My body doesnt even feel likes its my own anymore. :( Does anyones RE do something like this?

Hey girls. Just hangin out with Remy (my 8 mo old boxer pup) in bed today, reading your updates periodically and my book. Quite uneventful. Wish I could go get my fav icecream. My FIL broubht over some ziti and fixins for dinner which was very nice of him:)

J&C awesome news re: fert report!!! Very exciting, you'll be PUPO in no time now!!!! Grow embies grow!

Akowens- you still have plenty of time, tues is forever away in our world so don't give up! PMA and sticky sticky dust to you. Spotting can be a sign of implantation remember.

Teachermom!!! Yay for af finally arriving (who would ever think I would have ever written that!) stims soon and you'll be on the BFP train this time too!! GL to you!

Bei- I would be thinking about changing Dr's at this point too. GL finding a good one and finding your way to your BFP! Glad you ae not giving up!

teachermom -Hooray for AF & starting stims! wishing you a great baseline!

prayin - Yippeee trigger! I bet you cant wait! I havent heard of giving an antagon to help prevent OHSS, but fingers crossed that it works!
Wait is it called cabergoline? Anyway Good luck with ER on Monday!

sancap -I love Boxers! they are too cute, and their faces show so much expression. I've got a 6 month old english mastiff pup & elderly great dane, the difference in age & how they play is a riot! how many more days of torture.. oops I mean bed rest do you have? I'm stuck tomorrow too, then released on monday when Dh goes back to work.
honestly I'd rather trade more shots instead of this "lay down, now stay!"

hugs & prayers for all of us ! xoxo

Katie99- lol sit, stay! That's exactly how I feel. I call DH the bed rest Nazi. He is relentless. My instructions say BR until Tom morning but DH swears he heard the Dr say the whole weekend. My neck hurts from laying here. It really stinks but I gotta admit it's nice to have time to read! Today actually went by pretty fast for me so as long as I can check up on my IVF girlies once in a while, I guess I can't complain! (too much) hah!

Hey girls. How goes the battle? Things are going well here. Its interesting to read the last day's post about focusing on the little one's we have versus obsessing over the ones that may never be. That is exactly how I have been feeling the last couple days. While, I soooo would LOVE another child, I remember thinking I would never have one! I was so blessed to be given my miracle son, Sawyer. I started feeling guilty that the past week I have been so obsessed with this cycle, I feel like I have kinda put him on the back burner. So today we had a Mommy and Bean day (that is what I call him). BUT have no fear, I will not stop my quest for baby #2. Just am trying to find new perspective:)

Katie and sancap~ No bed rest for me. I took it east the day of and after the ET but with a 17 month old, there is no bed rest. I tried to lift him as little as possible but sometimes its hard. My RE told me to rest for 48 hours and then I could resume normal activity. I guess I also was not so strict b/c I knwo the quality of my embie was not so hot so the chances are small this will end in BFP. How is it going for you girls?

Wolfie~ Sorry to hear about the u/s. But I agree...I bet the tech missed it. Good luck at the next one.

Michele~ Hang in there hun. I know its hard and I have said this before but with my son, I took a HPT the day of beta and it was negative. It was with a good one too. When I got beta my result was a 30. They told me there was a chance it was chemical b/c they like it higher....well...he is almost 18 months and perfect. He was just a late impanter. Plus everyone's bodies are different....some people's HCG just rises slower. Hang in there and let BETA do the talkin.

JC~ That is a wonderful fert report. Good luck! I have a great feeling this is it for you:)

eeks...sorry I gotta dash...Bean is past his bedtime....Nite nite girls....more later:)

I am loving lounging around right now. DH has been really good with our DD and just letting me relax. I can't wait until ET (not scheduled yet), so I can really rest for a good 2 solid days. I'm going to enjoy every moment.

katie - I would enjoy every minute of that bedrest, b/c when you're little one is born, you won't have another moment to yourself. I'm so glad our "official" BFP will be on the same day!!!

teachermom - Thanks!! Whew-hew to AF arriving!!!! LOL....isn't it so silly the things we get excited about. :D

Neffi - It's good to see you post, and I know you're hurting right now. I can't even imagine doing 7 cycles in 2 years. That is so much to deal with. I would just love on your wonderful Jack, and I know his surgery will be just fine. I can't imagine the stress with it either. I'm planning to watch you for your next BFP. (((hugs)))

akowens - I'm so sorry, but don't give up hope. We'll be anxious for your beta on Tuesday.

prayin - Whew-hew to triggering tonight. And GL with ER on Monday!!! I'm praying that your OHSS symptoms will be minor.

sancap - I LOVE boxers, and baby boxers especially. :D My sister has had 2 boxers since high school. They are the best dogs.
Me and DH - 37
TTC - 7 years, PCOS and 1 blocked tube

3rd more faint
4th faint too?

Hi girls,

I have been hoping to post all weekend with good news, but no such luck. It is all but over for me. I am now 12dp3dt and still no sign of a faint line. I will go for bw in the morning. I am not even going to the clinic like I normally would. Last time I knew I had a bfn and I went to the clinic, I was crying like crazy as they drew my blood and made a fool of myself. So I am going to the lab down the street.

I really didn't want to be a downer on such a positive thread, but I wanted to update you guys. I know so many were praying for me, so I felt I owed it to everyone to sign on and post to let you know all of my pee strips were negative. I will sign on tomorrow once I get the official news.

I am lost, sad, and confused about what to do next.

jennymag28- AWESOME! how are you doing during your 2ww? I'm ok right now...not going too crazy but then again just started. Are you going to POAS? I'm thinking not until like Sunday the 11th. Do you have this? You can follow each day what your little ones are supposed to be doing!

1dpt ..embryo is growing and developing
0dpt... Embryo is now a blastocyst
1dpt....Blastocyst hatches out of shell on this day
2dpt.. Blastocyst attaches to a site on the uterine lining
3dpt.. Implantation begins,as the blastocyst begins to bury in the lining
4dpt.. Implantation process continues and morula buries deeper in the lining
5dpt.. Morula is completely inmplanted in the lining and has placenta cells &
fetal cells
6dpt...Placenta cells begin to secret HCG in the blood
7dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
8dpt...More HCG is produced as fetus develops
9dpt...HCG levels are now high enough to be immediately detected on
HPT

Were you a 5 day transfer? How many embies did you transfer? (sorry for the 20 questions) This is my first cycle and Dr. said one or two for me but he (and we) leaned more toward 2 due to my endo issues so we did 2! I'm still just really excited and trying to take it easy so my embies have the best shot at implanting. Does't it seem like we are always wating for something....will it ever end? BFP to you!

The lab called super early again this morning, and all 7 are still fertilized and are dividing perfectly. They graded all 7 as an "A". I can't believe it!!!! I think we only had 1 "A" cell last time. Our transfer will be on Wednesday. I'm in a happy form of disbelief!! :D
