Sangria – you are so funny!

Turtle – He (he once said that he has never had a uterus so that’s how I gathered that part) appears to be a very knowledgeable person on the area of IVF. I have read posts that he works @ a clinic, but is not an MD. I’m guessing he is either a nurse or an embryologist. But that’s purely speculation. I’m basing that on the knowledge that my embryologist has. She is smart as a whip! I may be way off, but I’ve asked him plenty of questions and he’s always very honest.

Jaydentd – I was the same way before ER! I was so miserable!!!

Karen – I’m getting whiplash from your clinic! I hope everything works out for you!

I’m doing good. Finding out every day that my jeans no longer fit! I have to unbutton them while driving. If this was a single, I wouldn’t think that I would be gaining like this! I am constantly hungry, but I don’t think that I have been extremely bad….lately….
Having pretty bad nausea right now, but still no actual sickness. I want it to start so I know everything is ok. How warped is that?

Totally off the subject, but me and DH caught a thief today. Last Thursday he stole some things out of a friends garage that lives a couple of streets over. Well, we got a phone call on the way home today that he had pulled into another friend’s driveway and then took off when he realized someone was home. So DH and I took off on the search. We chased him down, all the while on the phone with 911, and they caught him and took him to jail. Not sure how long they will keep him, but @ least he knows not to mess with the people around here. The only thing that worries me now is that he might recognize my car. So DH is not letting me stay home alone or drive alone for a while. He is an avid hunter so he carries the “heat” pretty much anywhere we go. I feel much better knowing that he is going to be with me all the time.

karen -I do believe you are right! somebody dropped the ball BIG time! If they're offering to do ER & fert & freeze for nothing? Let them, I guess, but if you need to go through this again, I would consult elsewhere!
Wish you luck whichever way you decide!

franny -I'm an hr north of NYC, but now I wish I lived in Mass!

iamhopeful -feel better, get some rest!

jaydentd -how many doses did you have of the wrong amount? What day of stims are you on? I assume the clinic knows? I'd hope that they will monitor you even closer now. What did they have to say about it?

hugs & prayers to everyone! xoxo

Katie- I was supposed to take 1 powder of bravelle and instead took 5 :(. The doctor just said "you took what?" she was in shock, since her instruction was to lower the dose and the nurse when she called told me to take increase it. I've been going in everyday for the last couple of day and I'm on day 9 of stim. My follies were growing slow and steady and today I saw they grew about 3mm in one day. I'm freaking out now.

jaydentd -Dont freak out . At day nine they could trigger you tom if they felt necessary. do you know the sizes of your follies? Most RE's like to trigger you when they're 19-21mm. But I've read that the minimum you can get a mature egg from a follie is at 16mm. I believe that you're far enough into stims that it will be alright. I've heard of women just stimming for 6- 8 days. If you tend to over stim I'm sure that they're keeping a close eye on you to begin with, bet you have to go tom. for safe measures? just go slow & double check before injecting. I think you'll do just fine. If the RE freaked then that would be a different story!

Hello Ladies,

I hope everyone is doing great. I was busy during the weekend and now I can't seem to catch up. What I decided to do was pick a page and start from there. So much going on!!!

karenthescorpio - I'm so sorry they canceled your ccycle. WTH!!! I would probably be looking else where. OK, just know that I'm taking notes as I read and I have to keep updating my message to you. Whatever the outcome, I'm praying for you. Take your frosties and run to a non schizo RE.

turtle0619 - My endo sister. I totally missed you being canceled. I'm so sorry. I'm glad that you aren't giving up! You know I'm doing the AF dance for you. WOW, that's awesome about the health insurance. I lived in MA for 19 yrs and I moved to FL 11 yrs ago. I'm lucky that I have a 20K lifetime limit for infertility. FL doesn't have any laws like that. If not I guess we would be in debt to get this baby. I hope your next cycle works out for you. I'm proof that it CAN happen and it will happen to you too.

malya324 - I'm praying for you. I don't really know much about your numbers but at least they aren't going down. I think it would be a bad thing if they went down.

kala0704 - That is so great!!! YAY for trigger!!!! I'm sending super strong swimmer dust for DH!!

sancap14 - That is so great that you got 4 snow babies!!! YAY That's so cute about the Red Sox t-shirt. Well, I'm not a die hard fan unfortunately but I do support my New England teams. Not much of a sport fan period. Wouldn't luck have it that I marry a die hard New Yorker?! You should hear the silly arguements. I think DH might put up a fight about any Red Sox t's on the baby. We're just going to have to compromise because when the Yankees were in town I went to a game with him.

prayin4BFP - That sounds like a great fert report. I'm praying for you.

shelbyrn0214 - WOW Shelby. What a story! I might be a little scared too for a little bit. I LOVE that DH carries 'heat' LMAO!!

jaydentd - I really hope everything works out for you. I'm sure you'll find out soon enough.

Michele - I'm praying for a miracle for you. I would really like to hug you. GL tomorrow.

AFM, I'm doing well. My BIL was in town this past weekend with his pg girlfriend who he left his wife of 5 yrs for. (for those of you new comers to the board.) It was interesting to say the least. She seems nice enough I guess. Everyone was drinking a celebrating the new grandbabies to come. She's somewhere in her second trimester. You know I TRY not to judge but I was really pissed off because my DH's fam are huge drinkers and they love Johnny Walker black. This chick took two
small shots. I'm like WTH! I told DH and I told him well to each his own, but our pregnancy was not an accident and I would never do anything
to endanger our baby. Anyway, enough of that. I'm 6 wks 5 days today. :D :D I haven't really had any more big spotting scares which is good. I still spot on and off though. The RE said it was normal. We go back in on 10/12 for our second u/s. I hate to ask but how do you
get a ticker? I know it was discussed a while ago. I didn't pay attention because I didn't want to believe I would need it. I think I'm ready to add a ticket to my signature now.

I'm praying for you all.

I am so sorry to skip all personals tonight, but I'm on a tight schedule. (Who isn't????) Our transfer is tomorrow morning at 9:00 a.m. cst. I'm assuming we're going to transfer 2 embies, but we'll discuss with RE before deciding. Last cycle we transferred 3 embies, but it was a 3dt. Tomorrow will be a 5dt. I'm excited and anxious and just ready to be PUPO!!! Sticky baby dust!! :D

Our DD 1st birthday is this Saturday, so I'm running around like a chicken with my head cut off trying to get as much done as possible before tomorrow morning, so I can lay down and relax until Friday evening. I'm praying for all of us every day.

Really quick...

shelby - THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU for telling us about the 25 gauge needles for the PIO. That is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much better. My hips are super happy....at least for the moment.

karenthescorpio - I am so, so sorry. I am so mad right along with you at your RE. I've never heard of such a mess!! Every time you post, I'm like what????????? I would do whatever in the heck they FINALLY decide to do, then I would definitely change RE's. We changed RE's after frustration with the 1st clinic, and we've had no problems with our current RE. Just happy and working together to make a baby. I'll be praying you find the right clinic. :D

kala - YIPPEE for triggering!!!! :D

sancap - LOVE 4 snowbabies/totsicles.

katie - I'm thinking about you on your 2ww!!

I'll catch up on more personals soon (I bet this board will be on page 130 by then - holy cow  ) when I get a chance to read.

So it's 3:00 a.m., and I'm wide awake. So I think to myself, self, you can get caught up on your IVF personals before your ET. Whew-hew!!! So here I am. You all just make me smile!!!

cricket - I don't remember officially saying welcome, so a big welcome!!!!

karenthescorpio - Ok - even after re-reading the posts to catch up on personals, I am boiling over with anger towards your RE.   I'd smack someone, or multiple people, into next week!!

sangria - I'm so sorry for the -HPT. I'm hoping that your beta proves to be a BFP!!!! PMA!!!! I think your idea to call karenthescorpio's RE clinic is wonderful. That should definitely blow off some steam. Scream at them for me too!!!

shelby - Your catching a thief story is scary!! I know we all say thank you, but THANK YOU for keeping the list up and posting it. :D

michele - I am so sorry. I am praying for an excellent beta for you today. Don't loose hope!!

syanna - Oooooooooooohhhhhhh - I liked your gold necklace dream.

jaydentd - Holy cow!!!! I'd be throwing a fit at the RE for the mistake.

turtle - Stay with us!! I love it that you're still here. We're taping/watching the PBS special on national parks. We love going to the national parks. Our current favorite is Glacier National Park in Montana. Wish I were there right now (ok, only after ET and a few days of rest :D ). Massachusetts covers all fertility tx???? WOW - that is awesome!!!!

kala - I'm sending some super strong swimming dust to you!!! Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming!!! Can't wait to hear how many eggies they retrieve!!

kiwi - GREAT second beta!!!

boenbaby - Welcome to the board!!! Sticky baby dust and grow embie grow to you!!!

statsgoddess - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!! You are pregnant!!!!

sancap - I'm so excited for your snowbabies!!! It's so nice knowing they are there for when you need them. We only have 1 frostie now, but I'm hoping that we have a few more from this cycle.

wolffie - I know they are going to see the sac and a very strong heartbeat at your u/s. I can't wait to read your report today. PMA!!!!!

prayin - Congrats on 6 embies!!!! And I'm so sorry about the OHSS.

johannanita - I totally understand what you mean about trying not to judge. Years before we ever got pregnant, a friend of mine got pregnant and married a man she barely knew. I literally just couldn't deal with it. DH and I had been married for several years and TTC for which seemed like forever. It was just so hard.

michaela - CONGRATULATIONS!!!! You're pregnant!!!! I'm so excited that I get to be the first to say congratulations!!! Usually I'm the last one to post for the day. I guess there is a benefit to being awake at 3:00 a.m. (now 4:00 a.m.) So CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

AFM - I'm going to have to rangle DH tonight to let me get up from bedrest to check the website, but I can't stay away. I can't wait to see the updates tonight.

Sticky baby dust!!!!

J&C- What a post! You are so great!

Micheala - Congratulations, MOMMY! You're beta was beautiful!!!!! Woohoo!!

Tonya - Sticky dust flying to you! Good Luck today!

My 'morning' sickness officially started last night. YAY! I was so nauseated this morning, too, while baking brownies for my dive team that I had to walk away and make myself eat something. It's awful, but wonderful @ the same time! I will be gone all day (not diving, but watching the other divers as they clean the tanks and feed the fish) and I will check in this evening. Have a great day!!!

Just a quick note- I'll try to catch up on personals later...

Cycle canceled once again due to a dominant follicle this time. RE wants to try next cycle without BCP again (since I didn't make any follicles last cycle when we used BCP). I was so hopeful for this cycle.

You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
